No respect for the graves already in place. Came for mom's memorial and her grave is left on it's side not even remotely close to the actual site

It's a clean spacious cemetery. Modern looking. It's on flat land. It's very quiet and serene. Nothing surrounding it, just the beautiful sky. It's very clean and peaceful. They just built a nice waterfall too. It's a cemetery that is not like the old, creepy, eerie kinds from the movies.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about praise Grant Funeral Home. This is the second time my…read morefamily has entrusted them during one of the hardest moments of our lives--first for my grandmother, and now for my sister--and once again, they exceeded every expectation. Jessica, the funeral home director, is truly one of a kind. Her compassion, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail are unmatched. She treats families with genuine care and respect, making an incredibly painful process feel just a little lighter. There is truly nothing like her--she goes above and beyond in every way. From beginning to end, the entire staff handled everything with dignity, grace, and excellence. They made sure our loved one was honored beautifully and that our family felt supported every step of the way. If you are looking for a funeral home that leads with heart, integrity, and exceptional service, I wholeheartedly recommend praise Grant Funeral Home. They have been there for my family twice, and I will always be grateful

At 5am one Sunday morning I had to dig that business card out that I have had tucked behind my license for the past three years and called the phone number. The woman that answered the phone sounded as if it was 12 o'clock Sunday afternoon. She assured me that someone would get back to me within the hour. As promised, I received a call from a young man named, Logan. He explained that an associate of his would be by shortly to pick my mom's body up. By 6 AM that Sunday morning, I walked beside the gurney that carried my mom's body out to the van where she would be taken to a safe place until in Logan's care. Logan called again later that morning to assure me that my mom's body was on the way to them. Logan contacted me several more times to keep me abreast of what was going on and what to expect. And reminded me that if I had any questions at all to reach out. Logan basically held my hand throughout the entire process of laying my mom's body to rest. He came to the cemetery said a prayer, read a beautiful poem and made my entire family feel at ease during a very difficult time. I honestly can't thank him enough.

What once seemed like a peaceful and beautiful place to go and visit my loved ones now gives me an angry and negative feeling. This past Christmas season my wife and I wanted to purchase 2 holiday blankets from Holy Sepulchre. One for the grave that my two parents and my brother is in and one for the grave of my aunt and uncle. We made the purchase and each one cost $60.00. On Christmas day we went to visit the graves to find that the holiday blanket for my aunt and uncle was missing. I was very alarmed and concerned about this and contacted their office the next day to ask for a refund for the one blanket that was missing. The lady that I spoke to took quite a while to get back to me but assured me that she would put in the refund, but it would take until January 17th to post to my account. THAT IS OVER 3 WEEKS! January 17th came and still no refund, so I called and asked for a supervisor. They told me that someone named Chris was the supervisor and he would call me when he could. It took a while but I spoke to Chris and he told me that he doesn't handle that and he had me speak to someone named Ellen who said she just put in the refund. On January 26th I called again; still no refund and the lady that I spoke to said it would be another 2 weeks! Ellen called me the same day and said I should see it the next day. I then called my credit card to see if the refund was pending and the lady from my credit card said There was no refund pending. She strongly recommended that I dispute the charge because there were only a few days left to put in a dispute on that claim. She said some companies attempt to time it out so that you can not get your money back. I put in the dispute and during that investigation Holy Sepulchre did not respond to my credit card company, so a few days ago (11 weeks later!!!) I finally got back my $60.00. Make no mistake, to funeral homes and cemeteries, the death of your loved ones is nothing more than a lucrative business. When they give you the whole sales pitch about taking care of your deceased family members in your time of need, it is a load of crap and it will certainly cost you a load of money! I regret that my mom, dad, brother, aunt, uncle, and some of their friends chose Holy Sepulchre as their final resting place. All of this hassle over $60.00! it is despicable!!!

My brother passed away on 02/15/26 I was estranged from him…read more When I learned he passed, I helped my niece with the arrangements. She lives upstate NY, I live in Nassau County. Everything took way too long to be taken care of. From the time he was brought from the ME office, to being notified that his body was picked up and the cremation was complete. I was NOT notified where to pick up his ashes. Then I was finally told, St James! It was supposed to be a funeral home in Freeport(much closer to where I live) Then I was NOT notified about the additional 4% charge for paying with my credit card. 5 death certificates were ordered. Neither my niece or myself have received any to date! This was paid in full, one month after his actual date of death on 03/15/26 Today is 04/13/26 another month has passed. No accounts can be taken care of without a death certificate! This is extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend the business to anyone
