this place is where all of my family members have came. the people were extremely nice and comforted we when i was crying. the people also told me i could go up and give a speech. and i did. the service people were so nice i cant describe. i dont know their names but they were actually amazing. service -5/5 the quality was overall pretty good, very nice and fancy, even the smell was good. ive been there millions of times and i love it. quality -5/5 i don't know the price at all because my family members used to pitch in and pay but they usually say its not that much. value -5/5 read more

Robertaccio's Funeral Home did a wonderful job with my Mother-in-Law's funeral last month. They were there promptly at her home when she died. Very patient. Very helpful. They were very compassionate with the planning of the service. We tried to fulfill my Mother-in Law's wishes as closely as possible. They went out-of-the-way to be helpful on the morning of the funeral Mass, going far beyond what we had agreed upon. Even at the cemetery, they took alot more time to lead us around the cemetery to the grave itself. They were truly wonderful. A God-send. read more

Center Moriches location. Dad's viewing and funeral was Fri and Sat. No detail was left out. The staff was caring, super helpful and extremely professional. Mike the funeral director was so friendly and sincere. We all chit chatted with him a lot and were very comforted, smiled a little even, and were at ease. I attended a family members funeral during February 2015 at this location. I didn't handle any of the arrangements but my family members who did had a couple of complaints with the service provided. I was told that their communication with the family regrading various issues could've been better. The facilities are all on one level and the rooms where the services are held were very spacious and comfortable. I pray my family doesn't need there services again for a very longtime. read more

When my father, who lived in Northport, passed a couple of weeks ago, we were given this funeral home as 1 of 3 names from the VNS social worker. What a considerate, compassionate group of people. First- every question was answered clearly and always with no impatience despite questions from my sister and I being repetitive. David, Cassandra and 2 other staff were so wonderful throughout the process. Having never had to deal in any way with this situation and I hope NONE of you will be in this situation, I was always treated with kindness, had my calls returned throughout the day and if a change of shift was to occur, the name of the person who would follow up with me was offered to me. Even the prayer cards were given with extras waived in fee, as well as the exact personal keepsake was given immediately to my mother and we did not have to wait for the order to be placed. I know I will always refer anyone to this place. I had also called 2 other places and asked for an explanation for all procedures. With the first phone call, I was given the mandatory cost and no desire to answer questions or explanations- which was very difficult to deal with. Another funeral home never returned my call despite 2 messages left. With these people, I was explained the process first of what is required by law and what can be offered in addition to. They made me feel the priority was my family's loss and I was never made to feel that their schedule or other issues were more important. I have no words for the peace of mind entrusting my parent at this time. The facilities were clean and spacious and a greeter present to ensure we all knew where to go and also no waiting. read more
