He was patient, understanding, and made sure we felt supported the entire way. I was especially anxious about how my loved one would look, but James did an absolutely beautiful job. The funeral home itself is warm and welcoming, with beautiful grounds filled with flowers and even tasteful seasonal decorations that brought a small bit of comfort.
