Very unimpressed with their everett burrito. Fries were undercooked and flavorless. The steak had no flavor and was extremely fatty and grisly. Its almost like they put an unseasoned peice of extremely cheap fatty beef on a grill, forgot about it until it was almost dry, and just cut it up. This place is terrible. Ordered the Washington burrito. I didn't know it was possible to make Mexican food that had damn near no taste. The "meat" or whatever it was had a spam type consistency, it was awful. I've seriously had microwave frozen burritos from convenience stores that were better. The size of the burritos were also pretty big in my opinion, the steak in both burritos were tasty, and the fries in the Everett burrito were not too soggy or too dry. To that negative review about the guacamole: it was good in the carne asada burrito and even guacamole from grocery stores are good so yah The drive thru line was a bit slow but once we got to the window the food came out fast. Have visited twice, and ordered the "Choncho" burrito each time. Despite my high hopes for a new, enjoyable 24hr Mexican spot, I have to say both visits were comparable in their mediocrity. The following is a description of the consistently disappointing attempt to enjoy the same item on two separate occasions. The "Choncho" burrito claims to feature steak, fries, cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. However, only the steak and fries were present in any noticeable quantity. Sour cream, cheese, and guacamole were only there in tiny amounts at each end of the burrito, quickly disappearing two bites in to leave you with a dry, chewy mass of meat and potato with what seemed to be little seasoning. Why so stingy with the other ingredients? You would think cheese and sour cream are relatively cheap ways to elevate the burrito. As for the guacamole- it was a mocking green smear on the inner side of the tortilla- enough to see it was there but not enough to actually taste, before disappearing a couple bites in like the other ingredients. I may attempt to visit again to try a taco or two, but my experience so far has been anything but encouraging. To Washington Burrito management: If you want repeat business, make your food appealing, not as cheaply as possible. read more

I ordered the chicken quesadilla and said chicken twice and they gave me steak as the meat for the the quesadilla it was excellent otherwise large portions and the beef was flavorful with lots of cheese and the tortilla tasted good but it was not what I ordered, also I ordered the daily special today that was two chicken enchiladas rice and beans, the rice was flavorless and looked like something that was from a processed microwave quick kind of rice, the beans we're not bad but a very small portion and needed some salsa for sure for flavor, the red salsa is excellent and so is the green, the two chicken enchiladas did not really resemble enchiladas they more resembled tacos and the meat was in a cube form that looked nothing like chicken and it was brown in color and served in brown sauce, never seen a chicken quesadilla served in a cube form that was unrecognizable as being chicken, seems as though they are buying processed stuff and trying to pass it off as quality ingredients,the horchata that I ordered was great, so kind of a mixed bag,no issues with the service that seemed fine,I think I'm going to go back to Memo's they don't have cubes for meat and get the order correct. read more

What happened? Haven't been here since December 2023. The shrimp burrito used to be amazing. The shrimp burritos I got tonight were terrible. Zero seasoning, ZERO. The most flavorful thing on the burrito was the cheese. It was so bland I took a covid test to make sure I wasn't sick. There was rice on it but I had to look to make sure because you couldn't tell by eating it. What happened to the flavor? Did you guys have to get rid of it when you purchased tiny napkins with your name on it and little stickers for the burrito wrappers? To think I stopped going to taco book for this place. Our first and last time at Washington Burrito! Ordered the Everett burrito and what a disappointment! Hardly any beef, little cheese, no guacamole and lots of french fries! It was very bland and all I could really taste were potatoes! I was disappointed that my favorite, guacamole, wasn't included like the menu stated. My husband had taco and enchilada combo and he was disappointed as well. Hardly any beef and the enchilada was small and lacking flavor. From what I've read they use a lot of "filler" I expected more beef and cheese, plus the sour cream and guacamole. We live close by and we were hoping they'd have good food. I was so excited when Washington burrito came to Everett, never been in the Lynnwood one, so my review is for the Everett one. I ordered a breakfast burrito, guacamole, which I was told was made fresh, and Mexican salsa/aka pico de gallo. I'm sorry to report the burrito was bland -and to let everybody know, I use very little salt or pepper, or any type of seasoning on my food but this was just sooo bland- so was the guacamole and the salsa (no jalapeños in mine)! I asked and was told that the guacamole was fresh, let me tell you, the guacamole was not fresh, it's the same thin guacamole you buy in packets or tubs at grocery stores. I was hoping that Washington burrito would give Memo's a run for their money, sadly no, I hate to say it, Memos tastes better! I may give them another try and would amend my review, it might've been an off day because they just opened and are pretty busy. From what I see, the reviews are not getting any better.
