I have a confession. I cheated on Quick Quack with the Washboys. It all happened so suddenly. I was returning from a road trip with bugs galore on my car. Yea, I drove fast. Although I wasn't looking for top of the line clean, I wanted to at least get a good amount of the bugs off before heading back to work the next day. And well, the Washboys were there for me. They were a convenient stop at the right price, and much closer...and for $8 I was satisfied. Did I say I was tired? Yes, this is why it happened. Not to mention, there's nothing like a free vacuum that doesn't turn off mid-vac because you ran out of tokens or quarters. Quick Quack is still bae, but Washboys...we can be friends too! Can't we all just get along?! read more

this car wash is the worst. I used to go there a lot until the garage door came down on top of my car and they refuse to even acknowledge the $2900 worth of damage done to my car. They have blocked my calls a lawyer wrote a demand letter. They are not doing anything about it. They are the worst read more

I am a regular customer, but decided to purchase the 6 washes program but did not realize they have a n expiration date. "Why would they have an expiration date?" Other than to cheat you out of washes. I was able to get 2 washes before I was denied access at the gate. So I paid about $15.00 dollars for each wash. Sadly Washboys is within a mile of my house and very handy, but I also have two othercar washes within two miles so I will drive the extra mile to deal with an honest business, and watch Washboys as they close up shop for poor business practices. What happened to this place. I've been coming since the day they opened. Then I see they were bought out. Last 8 washes... suds all over car. Half the vacumn cleaners don't work or don't work properly. Sorry but I can spend the max wash here and have to deal with these issues every single time. Guess I'll be spending more at the Klein HS car wash moving forward. read more

I visited this car wash several times because it is close to my new home, but I would like to say, the workers there are very unprofessional. One worker cursed me out because I didn't pull up to the wash machine fast enough for him even though there was no one behind me waiting. My main issue is that my car was wrecked there due to faulty machinery, myself and two other customers have been waiting weeks to get any response related to getting our cars fixed. I pulled in to the wash area as instructed by the wash boy there, the wash machine then rammed my car in to the person in front of me, I had no control of the vehicle as i had put it in neutral as instructed by the wash boy there. The wash boy admitted vault but lied about having his manger call me. I've now had to hire a lawyer just to get my car fixed. Do not wash your car here. read more

This company is owned/run by thieves. This is the second time I've tried to sign up for their service to find that they fraudulently charged my card MULTIPLE times for the monthly service fee. I went in today 10/23/2020 to have them refund my money just to find that the representatives running the car wash couldn't refund it and wanted me to fill out a form to get the refund by check. I refused and told them if they took payment in form of a credit card they would refund it to my credit card. They called the higher level manager/owner who refused to authorize the refund. I advised them that if they don't refund the money to my card I'll have no choice but to dispute the charges. They told me they would be my choice, so I reported them to my credit card for fraudulent charges. Don't waste your time dealing with these thieves! read more

Pro Great price for a car wash better than a gas station without the commitment. Free vacuums with car wash Con My car got washed but it's not entirely clean. The time cycle is too quick and it left LOTS of suds on my vehicle. The vacuums are also pretty weak. Preference Also does not accept fleet vehicle cards read more

Don't ever go the this car wash or any of the Washboys locations. Car was damaged at the Louetta business and they are refusing to repair vehicle. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here thank you Washboys!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would, they advertise free vacuums on their large sign so one would assume they are allowed to use them without getting a car wash. It's like this at multiple other car washes I've used so assumed that the sign meant free was free, not free with purchase of a car wash. I pulled in to use the vacuums and as soon as I turned it on the system shut off. I retried the button and the other unit on the section I was at and neither one would switch on. So I moved my car to the next one and it did the same thing, so I walked over to the office and asked if they were working and they said yes but that I had to purchase a car wash to use them. That's not what the sign says though so I was confused. They also were extremely rude in relaying this information and to me and instead of walking out and explaining what they were doing they continued to just switch off the machines without informing me; which is extremely lazy and rude. They could have approached me and told me that their free vacuums aren't actually free and I would have left less annoyed than the childish behavior they were pulling. Definitely don't recommend their services. read more

They broke my antenna! I've been here several times, and everytime I come, they employees always take off my antenna and hand it to me! This time, the employee did not remove my antenna. During the car wash I heard a loud popping noise. My antenna broke off. Neither the employee or manager Josh apologized or even tried to remedy the situation! They basically just made it sound like it was my fault. They were beyond rude! I will NEVER come back here again! read more

I paid $20 expecting a good wash. Instead came out went to use vacuum and most of my car still had soap on it. And the vacuums may be free but the suction on them is no good. Will not be going back read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I got multiple scratches on the roof of my vehicle after getting a car wash at Washboys on 12/2/17. The place we get our oil changes done gives vouchers for free carwashes here. This was my first experience at Washboys but my husband had been here twice before. So you pull up as though you're going through a drivethrough. You pay via a kiosk. There are 2 men standing near the entrance that push your mirrors in and scrub your car down with soap before you get on the conveyor belt. When we pulled up one of the guys got an attitude and yelled at my husband to stop and then he just looked angry the entire time he was scrubbing our car down. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what he was angry about, but I was pretty annoyed by his demeanor. With so many car washes in the area, I won't be back unless it's free. read more

I went to the car wash around Saturday morning around 8 AM in the morning there is about nine cars vacuuming out and I noticed that the lawn truck had pulled up they start mowing the lawn and they did not care if the grass is blowing in your vehicles or not. Went over and talked with the manager young black guy very unprofessional had a large gold chain large gold watch on him. Not cereal typing but he claimed to be the manager. I explained to him what had happened and he told me and looked at me and said what do you want me to do, they do this all the time. I ask him for the owners number he would not give it to me. If I'm washing my car why would you have the lawn guys there during the time that you're busy he offered me a free wash but it's not the principle of it, have your lawn guys come when you're not busy or when you're close just makes sense. At this rate I will not ho back again. Owner if you're reading this you need to change the way that your lawn guys come and also put someone there that's professional because why it will drive people away and I'll go back to Mr. carwash where I have been going. read more

I used to be pretty happy with them, but today, not so much. The attendant kept messing with the machine, before he sent me inside, and I ended up pulling out with tons of soap all over my car and in the door jams. I was so pissed off....I didn't even bother making them wash it again. Instead.....I drove down the street to another car wash, off of 2920, and they did a fantastic job. read more

Super attentive! Friendly and detailed service. I like the convenience of this location.

Great Carwash, let's you have a wide variety of selections, rim and tire options as well.

Purchased the $13 car wash along with the $3 wax and $3 RainX. When I finished going through I still had soap all over my truck. I went inside and let one of the two guys that where there know. Chris supposedly the Manager and Steven as he say he's just an employee. He went out and sprayed my truck with a water hose. I then asked if that's going to leave water spots on my truck and he replied not if I wipe it off. Both guys were rude and unprofessional. I then asked for a refund and the rudly said that they can't do that. I asked for an Owners number since the so called Manager was having an attitude. He gave me a number to call and when I asked the name he said Joe I ask what that last name was and he said just Joe. If an Owner can please reach out to me to resolve this issue. I would greatly appreciate it. I am a United States Marine Veteran and the display of disrespect these two gentleman displayed is unacceptable. read more

I will not be going back to this car wash. If I paid the $5.00 I might not complain but I paid the $12.00 plus $3.00 more for the wax. My car was still dirty. I complained and the guy that waited on me had an attitude and then he put my car through at the $5.00 rate. Again, my car was dirty. It is not worth the headache especially when I can go down the street and get the outside and inside of my car CLEAN for the same price if not less. I hope they enjoyed my $15.00 because they will not be seeing me again. read more

I bought a monthly pass here. They don't post their hours, so I asked one of the employees. He said we open "around 7:30". I am sitting here and it is 7:59, the employees know I am out here, and don't really care about customer service. They are all young and walk around with earbuds in their ears. I wish the owner would check on his employees. Now another car pulled up behind me and is waiting. It is 8:03 and still not open. read more

Washboys Carwash - Cones still up - Car Wash Near Me - Spring, Texas

(After speaking to the so-called (suspect?) Manager,I will never spend a dime here again!) On Sat.,Nov.4th,2017., I went to Washboys Car Wash,2920 Luetta in Spring.I have been washing my two cars their every week for many weeks. This day,(minding my own business), I was wiping down my car, when I was approached by a unknown Hispanic male wearing a ball cap.He picked up a small piece of plastic trash and told me where the trash can was.He never identified himself in anyway.,He inferred that I had thrown it on their parking lot.I told him,I did not know where it came from, and that I did not appreciate him accusing me of this.I did not know him, that I did not work for him and it is not my job to clean their parking lot.He told me that the Manager told him to tell me this,(that they had just cleaned it).Again,I told him that he was harassing me,a paying customer and that I did not appreciate it.He then got in his vehicle, reversed it and yelled at the top of his lungs, unintelligible words for several seconds.I could not tell if he was yelling obsceneties at me or what.I could not believe that employees at this car wash act so unprofessionally and treat the paying customer in this manner...If any employee at an establishment treats a customer so disrespectfully he should be terminated immediately... After he sped off,I approached a heavyset Black male and a slim white male, whom I recognized was their when I first started my car wash. When I requested as who the manager was.,the black male stated he was.The white male then walked away.I asked the black male if he told the unknown Hispanic male to tell me about the trash on their parking lot.He stated yes. When I tried to explain to him that I,as a paying customer did not appreciate be baggered by his employees and its NOT MY JOB to clean his lot,he began to become very belligerent and disrespectful to me.He began to raise his voice and argue with this customer. I was in shock,I have dealt for years with different Managers,he was horrible.I still wonder if he was indeed the Manager...As a person, who has held high Authority positions, ran a business and managed another., I could not believe he was the Manager. If you treat customers in this poor way, they will leave.I have been washing my 2 cars their for months.I spent $40 or more a month,,which is around $500 a year.I am very loyal. But after the way he and the Hispanic employee treated me,including how this so-called manager tried to "starre me down" upon my exit,i will never patronize your car wash again......I hope the "Owner" reads this "complaint" and will take needed and appropriate action where this does not happened to anyone else.IF not his business will suffer. Sincerely a "past" customer read more

I have been here several times and I love it. My car looks clean and shiny after going through the wash. I love that you can vacuum your car and I don't mind doing it myself as other places will just vacuum it quickly and it won't be as clean. If you don't mind vacuuming it yourself. Like they say, if you want to do it right, do it yourself rather than over paying at other car washes that will over charge you. BTW vacuums are powerful and clean up very nicely. The dryer is also very powerful. Never have had an issue with the customer service. I will go back. read more

Great carwash, inexpensive and free vacuums! Easy access, discount for purchasing 5 washes.

I took my truck there to get washed. Paid and two guys did the pre-wash stuff (I had to remind the guy to please take off radio antenna) and put the truck in neutral and let the conveyor push me through the wash. About mid-way my truck somehow got hung up on the washing equipment/machinery and the truck tire jumped all three rollers causing the truck to stop so I was stopped in the middle of the car wash. I had to put truck in drive and drive out before the car behind me hit me. Drove to the vacuum station and looked around the truck and the truck was still covered in soap and the rear bumper was pushed up and a backup sensor was broken and hanging down. Got the manage to look at it and he said there is no way his equipment could have done that. "NO WAY". We argued for 30 minutes back and forth with no solution. I filled out an accident report but not sure who receives those up the chain of command or if it will even be turned in. He offered to run my truck back through the wash to get all the soap off and he would walk next to it to see if anything happens. So took it through and sure enough mid-way through the wash, same thing happens but this time the tire only jumps one roller and pushes the truck out the rest of the way. The manager videoed the truck going through the wash and the video showed the truck trailer hitch getting hung up on the washing equipment. So there is video proof (on managers phone) that the washing equipment malfunctioned and damaged my vehicle. The manage stated the trailer hitch caused the malfunction and they are not responsible for damages caused by this. IE its my fault for having a trailer hitch on my truck. There are no signs posted about having a trailer hitch on the vehicle nor did the two guys (which was the manager) say anything to me as I entered the wash. I have taken my truck to several over car washes with the same trailer hitch and never had a problem. I DO NOT recommend this place to anybody and will take my business elsewhere. read more
