I originally left a 5 star because the automatic wash is actually better than most but i came back to try out the $30 detail and wash... detail wasn't worth the $30 in my opinion. You're supposed to get it vacuumed, still had stuff all over my seat like they weren't vacuumed at all. Plus you're supposed to get an air freshener... we did not get one and when it was done it smelled like cigarettes, and we do not smoke. The pre wash alone is worth the money. Most place just spray the front and drivers side of the car. This place sprayed and brushed the ENTIRE car. I will definitely be coming back to this spot and recommend everyone else do too! read more

I drive 30 min out of my way for this car wash. I have been coming to this location for 3 years. For $39 they shampoo all the seats inside the car, shine the interior, windows are cleaned until they are spotless, and the $39 details include a 7 day rain guarantee. They always do a great job, and my car looks brand new every time. They also will fix chips in your windshield for free and onsite if you have car insurance (which yall should!) The detail can take up to 90 minutes, but there are several stores like Kohls and Half Price Books and many restaurants that are less than a 10 minute walk away. I usually eat at TGIF while I wait for my car to finish. I've been to other car washes and paid the same amount or more, and my car looks like I washed it myself in 10 minutes. This $39 detail looks like the $100 detail many folks pay for. read more

I took my jeep there to get detailed because i had some friends coming into town. When they were done i realized the screen wouldn't turn on i tried to have it come up but nothing. I realized a bubble in the screen on the bottom. They had water damaged my screen. The guy came over and kept making up excuses saying it would come back on in 2 days and it was fine. He had me fill Out a complaint and i told him i needed to talk to the manager but he said the manager wasn't in and he didn't know when he would come in. He said the manager would call me to deal with the situation. It has been over a month and nothing. I had to pay out of pocket over $1,500 for a new radio and screen. My insurance has tried to contact them and nothing. So this is going to take forever to be taken care of. Never going back. read more

I wash at this car wash twice a month,when they don't do well I say some. Well today the manager was very rude to me and told don't come back...Poor service and shitty service. If you was here,my suggestion is to find some that will give you the service you deserve. Although the actual car was cleaned spotless, my 3 star review is because the week following having my seats shampooed, my car started to smell like mildew (probably because they didn't dry my seats all the way since they were still wet when I left even after waiting 4 hours) and my jar of change I keep in my car to cash at the end of the month was gone. My fault for leaving it I guess. Overall will probably try other businesses before I recommend this place. read more

Very fast service! The line was full and yet I still feel that I got through the wash very quickly, and when I pulled into full service I was greeted immediately as they began to work on my vehicle. I came this morning to get my car washed. I got the full service for $30. When I pulled up to dry my car, I was the only car there. The employee starts drying my car, I look up my driver's door was open, and he started drying another car. I assumed he was done with my car since he started in another car. I ask him was he done, and he tells me he still has to do my tires & windshield. The problem I have is, if you were not done with my car, and I was there first, why would you start on another car that came way after me? He said the other car just needed the outside of his car dried, so they have to go ahead and dry it. Why was he in the full service if he just needed the outside dry? It was another truck parked in the area where they have cars that just want the outside of their car dry that was there way before the other car, and he didn't start on their car. I'm assuming the car must've gave him a nice tip to go ahead and dry their car for you to stop working on my car, the one that was already there. read more

This morning I swung in to get my car wash, paid at one of the two check-in station and proceeded to drive I had to enter the wash and there was no one working. There was a man in the other check-in station and I could see him through the glass. I honked my horn to get his attention, he looked at me and looked back at whatever he was doing and never came out to see what the problem was. I waited for three minutes thinking maybe he was wrapping something up and will come out but he never did so therefore I had to exit my car walk up to his station he comes out in immediately with an attitude told me I need to pay before I get a wash.I proceeded to showing him my receipt and that I had paid for the most expensive wash and he rolled his eyes and without apologizing asked me to re-enter my car and Continue with the wash. These are hard times right now and I would much rather give my business to those who appreciate their customers and can at least give decent service. I will never be returning here read more

We drove through a storm of bugs and stopped here to get our truck cleaned up. We paid $17 for the ultimate exterior wash. It was great! All the bugs were gone and the truck looked good! They hand dried it and we were on our way. read more

Wow - what a disappointment. Paid $19 to drive through the car wash for a basic wash. What I needed was the interior cleaning. I pulled in behind one car and went to the customer area. 35 minutes later my car had not been touched and the one in front of me was still there. New to the area and won't be back. Very poor service. I had to get out my car to find someone to wait on me. When he came over he was very unfriendly and I seemed to have inconvenienced him. Now trying to get my car dried and vacuumed. It's Saturday and there only 2 people working. I have been here now for 35 minutes and they haven't even started to dry off the car. Overpriced and terrible service. Every time I go here I get the "platinum" wash for $27 and every single time have to point out several things they missed and always notice more after I leave. Bug guys still all over my grill, bumper and windshield. Dirt in floor mats, large missed spots on the body. Always leave dissatisfied and having to finish cleaning it up myself. I hope someone else opens another full service car wash in Burleson soon. read more

Really bad experience today. There is no assistance by the personnel to tell you where to go after you exit the tunnel. A couple if managers stood around doing absolutely nothing while there are cars waiting to be serviced. They do ok work but management can improve a whole lot. read more
