It was $50, so I decided to have them work on my car. My car really needed a car wash and interior cleaning because it was a mess. I wish I would've had pictures and a video of how it looked before. The entrance is a slight left from the gas station. As you enter the gas station there will be a sign which I took a picture of so you can see what I'm talking about, and you drive on in, and they will take care of your car and leave it looking stunning. They had a chair and a stool to wait while your car is being washed, but I believe they may give you the option to pick up your car if you don't want to wait outside. The service I requested was the basic hand wash and vacuum. 10/5 Fredy and his staff were polite, friendly, efficient and did an amazing job. I was impressed by how good the car looked. It looked like a brand-new car and smelled so good. It had that new car smell but with some sweetness to it and boy was I loving it. Their prices are definitely more affordable than a lot of others I've inquired quotes for, and they were all over 160, so this spot is definitely the most affordable by far and they do a phenomenal job. I was so ecstatic to see my car and still am while I'm writing this up. My husband complimented their work and said he thought it wasn't my car due to how shiny and good it looked. He also said it looked like a brand-new car and was impressed by their work. I highly recommend you give Fredy's hand wash and vacuum a try.

They used to have two people that were scrubbed your front of your grill and bumper and your windows with the scrub brush front and rear now they got rid of that and they just have one guy spraying some water on your windshield and that's it, now all the soap just runs down the glass and it doesn't clean it. I made a point to talk to the guy before I went through the last time and explained to him the problem he said oh you sure no problem. I'll get it taken care of. I rolled up the window, pulled forward. He never does anything. Just spray the water on it again. Worst thing they ever did was to sell this car wash. This is good customer service and the service I have been used to for many years with University Car Wash. I will continue using this service on both of my trucks. I have never left satisfied with the cleanliness of my car, including the time I paid for the $85 detail. I finally talked with a manager, John, and his customer service was as abysmal as their car cleaning abilities. He said the $25 car wash only allowed for up to five minutes of vacuuming, and thus, I received the appropriate level of cleaning I presented him with (very poor... I still had noticeable chunks of dirt in my cupholder, for example). He continued on to tell me that if I wanted my child's car seat vacuumed, even at a basic level, I needed to pay for the detail service. I will not be returning. It wasn't cheap but I was willing to spend the amount quoted. It took 3 hours which was reasonable. Upon arrival to retrieve my truck, he handed me an invoice for 2.5 times the amount quoted! I was flabbergasted. I asked why and Larry said "he had to do it twice" He didn't call me to get approval for the significant increase in price. I feel robbed.
