They used to have two people that were scrubbed your front of your grill and bumper and your windows with the scrub brush front and rear now they got rid of that and they just have one guy spraying some water on your windshield and that's it, now all the soap just runs down the glass and it doesn't clean it. I made a point to talk to the guy before I went through the last time and explained to him the problem he said oh you sure no problem. I'll get it taken care of. I rolled up the window, pulled forward. He never does anything. Just spray the water on it again. Worst thing they ever did was to sell this car wash. I currently do not recommend it and I will be searching for a car wash.

The top wash is ten dollars, with a spot free rinse and blow dry. The people here are always courteous, and I tip them a few dollars each time so they really help extra to get all the bugs and bird poop off before I go in. This seems to be the car wash of choice for Burleson PD, and mine as well. Much easier than doing it yourself.

You're supposed to get it vacuumed, still had stuff all over my seat like they weren't vacuumed at all.
