Basic car wash with typical amenities. The monthly subscription is a very good value. I like the fact that they ALWAYS manually scrub down most of the car before it enters the wash, unlike some other places where it's inconsistent, or they just lightly spray one side. I suggest you take a second thought and go elsewhere. September 4th I went through the carwash. It did not remove pollen off my car and I had water spots. It was brought it up to Brandin, the attendant. He had to call is Manager, Sonia and video conference without me. She told him not to let me go through the wash again because it would not remove the pollen. I was not only refused to go through a second time but I was also refused my money back. Customer service was lacking. Manager used attendant to "filter" customer service interaction. Brandin provided Sonia's number for me to call but her mailbox is full so you can't leave a message and she does not return calls. Totally unprofessional. read more

I have used this car wash for about 9 months and like it better than "Zips" since they use the brush on the front end as well as on the Windshield and back glass. The only think I found bad was the vacuums are low on suction, but still do OK if the carpets aren't real dirty! read more

This is a nice locally owned place, that has a person scrub on your car just a little and then you go through an automatic car wash. The top wash is ten dollars, with a spot free rinse and blow dry. The people here are always courteous, and I tip them a few dollars each time so they really help extra to get all the bugs and bird poop off before I go in. There are free vacuums and plenty of stalls, with a hose on each side so you don't have to do acrobatics to vacuum your whole car. This seems to be the car wash of choice for Burleson PD, and mine as well. Much easier than doing it yourself. read more

******************CONSUMERS BEWARE ****************** I have NEVER written a negative review in my life and this place deserves the first one. My wife had her 3 week old car run through their shop and 2 feet of scratches in the paint (on the hood) and almost a foot of scratches in the windshield. Yes, I did say windshield. It is VERY obvious they do not clean their equipment to where all the trash is out of the brushes. They told my wife that it did not happen at their wash because of the timeline. My wife went through the wash at 8:45am she went from there to our Vet where she found out our dog had cancer. She was at the vet until a little after 2 (which we can prove). She noticed the scratches coming into our home from the vets. Have I mentioned half hysterical because we had to put the dog down the very next morning. She immediately called me to let me know of the damage. I then asked her to send me pictures of the damage. I told her to call the Car wash and report it. She had to leave a message around 3ish. She told me it was a voicemail, so I called back a little over an hour later and left another voicemail. A little after 5 the manager called and said to bring it in tomorrow and he would look at it. My wife and I go there in the morning before the vet appt. He tells us he will speak with ownership and get back to us. That afternoon calls back to tell us that they will not take liability due to how long it took my wife to report it. I pleaded with him to not make this ugly. I had spoken with several car wash professionals and the marks left were congruent with that type of brush. He said that he would call back the owners and give them this info. I asked him to have them return my call. They did not, about a half an hour later he called back to say they were not responsible and the reason was when it was reported. This is a stupid thing that car washes that use brushes deal with ALL THE TIME. I just asked for them to file the claim on their insurance and no harm no foul. With this type of response, I feel I must warn the public, have my insurance company go after them and if that doesnt work, take it to a legal matter out of principle. I hope everyone reading this understands that I want nothing beyond my wife's new car, to be restored to its condition before it went the Burleson Express Car Wash. I dont believe in publicly criticizing people or businesses. These folks had the opportunity to make things right and decided to go the other way. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Terrible service! Bought their most expensive wash and my car was still covered with soap! They wanted to charge me to go through and get it off. Vacuums don't work either. Driving in the rain would do a better job! read more

Had bad experience. Truck wash was not good, bought "Premium Wash", Wheels were not clean, dryer did not completely dry my Windshield or Hood. When I left they claim I ran over their Vacuum Hose which was not properly protected and laying in the path of my truck. This caused damage to my truck when they asked me for proof of insurance I complied. When I asked for their insurance they would not show me. Said they didn't have to. Surely the owner has better business sense to ask my insurance company to pay for something laying in their space unprotected. Never ever going back. I hope all that read this do the same. read more

The Burleson Express Car Wash on Jon Jones I opted for the 14 dollar wash, only to get the right tow mirror busted off. They quit returning phone calls after I sent them a copy of the receipt for the Laramie mirror. Retail was 680.00 but since we get a discount it was 448.82 before installation. Don't use them because if it damages your vehicle they don't care. read more

Wash is ok for 5$ but I'd go anywhere else next time. Vacuum's we're terrible and hardly worked. Kid had trouble starting the wash. After car was washed someone comes out and starts mowing the law.. seriously you just watched me wash my car! Il never be back read more
