This is the third time that Andrew and his growing company have cleaned our windows and deck. They not only do a great job, but they have leverage technology to provide spotless windows. Andrew started out washing windows as a college student. A very personable guy, he innovated and grew this part-time effort to earn money into a full-time business. In just three years he grew from Andrew's Window Cleaning into Wash-It-Pros. They do windows, but now do whole house exterior and deck cleaning, using the same equipment. And he now has employees who do the work. The technology that makes spotless a reality is a water processing system that reduces particulate matter from the water. If you have seen the advertisements for Brita v. Zero Water you know that tap water has particulate matter, ie. stuff, in the water. Filters take out this stuff that generally has a particular count of around 150 units. Wash-It-Pros' system reduces the particle count to about 2. This allows they to brush scrub your windows, decks and home exteriors without detergent. And once dirt is removed, the rinse air dries leaving spotless glass. It really does work. Service is great. Employees are friendly and helpful. They are conscientious about preventing water coming into the house and they take their shoes off when indoors. Also, they remove screens and clean them. Wash windows inside and out. And replace the screens when done. We have never experienced such efficient and un-messy approach in cleaning. These are the guys you've been hoping to find. They arrived on time, they were very polite and they did an outstanding job. I asked them what I needed to do and they told me to lock all of my windows and to put towels at the bases of all my doors and windows in case any water came inside during the washing process. I'm so glad I asked because water did come in slightly but the towels were perfect, caught every drop of water and didn't cause any issues at all. My windows have never been so clean! I live in a yellow and white, end unit townhouse and it hadn't been cleaned since at least 2012 when I first moved in as a renter. It's covered in vinyl siding so I didn't need a "power" wash, I needed a "chemical" wash that wouldn't destroy the brittle vinyl, but would simply clean it from top to bottom. Now that I own the unit, I decided it was time to give it a professional bath and I'm SO glad I did! It looks amazing.
