It took a while but he discovered 2 problems. He kept to his original quote! He did such a good job, I asked him to replace the 4 burners on our Weber Special Addition grill, which isn't easy due to ignition wiring. Parts shipping took 4 days and he returned the 5th day to complete the job. Dependable, smart, quality work and informative. Aylon kept us informed each step of the way. There was a problem with old rusty screws on the Webber, but he found a work around. It was well worth the cost, he showed up and fixed everything!

From my very first contact, I was floored. They responded quickly, with a personal call from Jenny. She gave me the time to answer questions, was friendly and professional as well. I was very stressed, as other companies refuse to take the small amount of time to come take a look at the contents and load-in for truck size. I contacted 2 other movers who refused to come by. I live in a cabin up a gravel road with hairy turns and a steep and narrow drive. It would be a disaster for both parties if they showed up with a truck too large and we were both stuck. They would lose the time, and of course I would be in a horrible situation. In addition they wanted deposits in advance so I would be out the money. I'm being courteous and not naming their names here, but I recommend that you skip wasting the time and go straight to Jenny to the Rescue. She also offers packing up, and unpacking at the other end! As you may see from my previous reviews, I'm now a moving expert, several in the last months. I had a great experience, and a horrible experience, so I know!

It's so nice to be able to trust a contractor to be honest and tell the truth, even when it nets them nothing. Rest assured that when something does happen to my roof Dynasty Roofing will be the only call I make.

As of April 25, 2026, my project still has not been completed, and he has completely stopped responding to my calls, texts, and emails. Not only was the project left unfinished, but portions of the work were done incorrectly. A new roof installed over my porch was built completely flat despite being supposed to have a 3-degree slope for water runoff, which caused severe leaking. I have now had to hire another contractor to correct that work at my own expense. Additionally, gutters and downspouts that were included in the original project were never installed, forcing me to hire yet another company to finish what I already paid for. The only reason I paid in full upfront was because one of his referrals was a local roofing supply house, which gave me confidence that he was reputable despite my hesitation. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
