When I realized hard items were in my load they all rushed to aid me in stopping the machine so I could retrieve them and not harm the machine. I will be back. And you should be doing laundry here too. They also have TVs, comfortable clean couches, arm chairs, tables with chairs, a few game machines, atm, plenty of change machines, and snack/beverage machines.

I called Spin Fresh to see if they had a washer and dryer that could accommodate a double sleeping bag and they said yes. Once I got there a staff person helped me pick the right size machine to use for the bag ( a 70 pound capacity) and which dryer setting I should use. I was in an out of there within the hour with a sleeping bag that smelled and looked brand new. The laundromat was sparkling clean throughout and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would heartily recommend them!

I would definitely not recommend taking your clothes to Gundersen Cleaners. I recently relocated to…read moreAppleton from Chicago and quickly realized there are very few places to take clothes for dry cleaning. I took my clothes to Gundersen Cleaners and was extremely disappointed. First, I was blown away by what they charge for their mediocre services -- $20 to dry clean a simple dress. Also, their charges are not consistent. For instance, I took two similar dresses and was charged two different amounts, and there were no additional services (alterations, sewing, etc.) provided for either of them. I'm not sure why there was a difference in the price, and I was provided no explanation for the discrepancy. Second, the woman that works at the front counter of this not-so-clean company (I understand it is a dry cleaners, but you would think with their ridiculous prices they could afford to keep their business a little cleaner) has the personality of a slug. I don't expect to be treated like I'm at a 5-star restaurant when I drop my clothes off, but it would be nice to at least have someone working up front that is friendly and doesn't make you want to run out the front door. Overall, my experience with this business was a negative one, and if you can find another place to take your clothes, I would advise you to do so.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities. Signed into law on July 26, 1990, by President George H.W. Bush, the ADA ensures that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else in areas such as employment, public accommodations, transportation, and telecommunications. It defines disability as a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities and mandates that necessary changes be made to ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The ADA is divided into three titles: employment, state and local government, and public accommodations
