They lost a suit we dropped off for dry cleaning. Both them and Gunderson say that it was dropped at the store at the being cleaned but Bubble Fresh could not find it. They have been stringing me along for over 2 months. The manager says it has to go through the owner and the owner does not show up at the store or call back messages I've left there. The attendant at the desk was great at answering my questions. The place was clean, and all the washers and dryers worked well.

First time coming here and I had a large comforter. Immediately I was welcomed, and I asked for help with my large item. The lady working (Brenda) was amazingly helpful! I had to get pee out of this comforter and she knew exactly what to do and followed up to make sure everything was okay. Would their machines were fast efficient, and easy to operate. read more

First time here, nothing marked, no prices posted, had to put clothes in machine to find out the price and was I surprised, have not been to a laundromat lately but prices are high. Then the machine said done but the spin cycle did not work and the quilt was extremely heavy soaked with water. Was not happy. I've been coming here pretty much every week for the last 6 years. Every single staff member is so nice, they're always cleaning up after other peoples messes or doing the full service laundry that they offer. I've read some of the other reviews, and all I'm going to say is some of you people need to learn how to control your children. It's not the employees jobs to babysit them. Let alone us other customers want to do our laundry in peace and quiet and not listen to your child screaming. This laundromat is the best one I've been too. I never thought I'd be excited to write a review about a laundromat, but this place is great! Young adults, college kids, families - go here. 1) Clean, organized, highly efficient machines, and frequently maintained spaces. (Completely contrary to the dingy, half-cared for ones I'm used to going to.) It's so pleasant to pull the laundry out and fold it an a clean and well maintained workbench. 2) They have a variety of washer/dryer sizes for maximum efficiency. 3) They offer deals; like Wed and Thur 50 cents off 20-30lb washes. Last month they offered free drying with every load. Today they offered us complimentary dryer sheets. I've never seen a laundromat work for its customers like a business. Every other place I have ever been to I go in, do laundry, get what I get with the machines, pay, and leave. As a customer, here I feel respected; and I'm saying that about doing laundry. They have definitely raised the bar as a laundromat business model. 4) It is staffed the entire time it is open. Beyond simply having someone sitting behind a counter, the moment we walked in we were greeted, asked what we were doing, and offered assistance in making sure we chose the correct machine, and then shown the amenities. It is clear that back in my college days, when I was clueless about these things, this would have been the place to go 5) Amenities - fantastic. This place is painted in a cozy blue color, with modern decor, that makes it a pleasant place to be; like you're doing laundry at home. They have all the standard things, like laundry and drying sheets available (and the machines you get them from all work well), new baskets, working tables, etc. They also have popcorn and snacks, coffee and drinks, a variety of recent magazines that weren't just trashed and left as a byproduct, video games for kids, boardgames, and other stuff. The difference is that these are amenities I would use; they're clean, well maintained, and neatly organized - like what you'd find in a library. 6) BIGGEST SELLING POINT! On the side they have an alcove that's set up as a sitting area. It has nice tables, chairs, comfy/new/clean couches, a nice flat-screen tv with cable, soft lighting, coffee tables, and wireless internet. It's such a nice set up I literally feel like I'm in a coffee shop while I type this up. I highly recommend this place. If lived here, this is where I would come to do my laundry. read more

Came in to do laundry received a phone call and was told if i didn't keep my voice down i had to leave. I wasn't even talking loud just using normal voice wasn't yelling. Woman was very rude as well as they keep jacking up there prices time to find a new laundry service STAY AWAY from here it sucks. read more
