Instead of taking responsibility, they tried telling my wife it was because the suit was "cheap." She pushed back and explained it was simply a different material -- especially since we've had that same suit cleaned successfully at other dry cleaners who actually know how to handle the fabric. They eventually agreed to take it back for a third attempt, but the customer service and lack of accountability were terrible. Very disappointing experience.
