Chose a beautiful stone to have cut for my mother-in-law's headstone. It was big enough to have an…read moreextra stone for our yard (or for another headstone). Despite markings and confirmations of the cut, it was cut wrong, destroying the first stone. They chose a second stone for us, cut it, forgot to hone it. When they honed it and loaded it into our truck, right side up, we found a very large crack going through the middle of the stone which would not have allowed for the etching on the headstone. So it was useless.. Another failure. Stone #3- we chose ourselves. This time, smaller stone. Hence, no large cut needed, to avoid screw ups. Despite the screw ups #1 and #2 and the fact that now we will only have one finished stone, not two, they still insisted we pay FULL price for two, when we only get one! Unbelievable! I cannot recommend this company!!
