On May 26th (Tuesday), I purchased a KRX with a few add ons (Bumpers, roof, nerf bars, windshields). I was excited like a kid at Christmas. I was told my KRX was going to installation on June 4th (Thursday). I was assured it would be completed by June 6th (Saturday), so I did what anyone would do and made plans for a Sunday ride. Saturday came and went with no phone call. I called prior left a message, texted my sales rep, and sent a text off their webpage. This is the biggest part of my complaint, communication. June 8th (Monday), I started the process again calling and texting. Once I was able to talk to someone in service they told me my KRX would be ready on June 10th (Wednesday). Now I get it, Moto United- Draper just moved to a new store and their are growing pains, but... I hate the lack of follow through and communication! A phone call would have prevented a 2 star review. If after I spend 25K I have to chase you down texting you daily for updates that stinks. I am looking for a dealership I can use for services and future add ons... I walked into this place and saw a showroom floor model and it was love at first site! Haha they answered 3 days worth of questions as I went back and forth and compared models, test drive models and in the end they worked woth me a bit on price and I have no regrets. My family has been having a blast! The sales person was informative and never pressured me. In the past year I have had my Polaris General serviced multiple times, I have purchased wheels, tires, a lift kit, clutch kit, and many other accessories. I have been a frequent returning customer, and that's why it is shocking and very frustrating to go through what I have... On May 5th, I unfortunately tipped my Polaris over, while on a rock obstacle in Moab. From what I could tell, I broke the two passenger side axles, the power steering was having issues, and caused some damage to the plastics. On May 7th I dropped off the General at Moto United. At that time, I didn't want to file an insurance claim. I asked them to fix the axles, the power steering, and some of the plastics. I let them know we were needing the machine back for memorial weekend, and was led to believe that should be just fine. As the 25th approached, it was a scramble to get it back, but Mike Murphy had his techs make it "drivable". Really all that was done after them having it for 17 days, they only replaced two axles. I was appreciative I could take it, but regret that now. My wife and two young kids headed up to North Yellowstone for our long weekend. After driving about 45 mins into the park the first day there (on flat road, not one bit of off roading) the rear gear case completely exploded. It was completely dry in the case. This left us stranded for 1.5 hours and having to pay $500 to get it towed out. (AAA is not allowed in the park). After knowing Moto United had my machine for this long and sent me out with out checking the fluids, is quite ridiculous. It clearly was a issue caused by the tip over, and they neglected to take the steps to get it corrected. But.. I remained calm, and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and understand mistakes can be made. On May 29th, I dropped the machine off. 2 weeks went by and after many unreturned phone calls, I finally had to drive over there. I got a bid, and decided to file an insurance claim because the cost was over $7k to get everything right. On June 22nd, after many unanswered phone calls, dropping by on 2 more occasions I finally picked up my machine. Insurance did not cover the gear case, and Mike did help get the price down for me. There was one missing part, but it really was not a big deal, as they said they would call me to let me know it came in, and could throw it on really quick. My family and I went from Moto United directly to Bear Lake. The next morning, I noticed that my windshield was missing. I called Moto United at 10:30am, (it took 4 attempts to get someone to answer), the parts department answered and I was told they will look around, and call me right back. No call came. I loaded up my family, and we got 3 miles down the road, and had the front hood fly off in front of us. (Needless to say my kids are now petrified of the Polaris). The hood had not been properly re-installed by MotoUnited. I then got to thinking that the windshield may have been there when I picked it up. I believe it was also not secured by Moto, and flew off while traveling behind our RV. I tried to think of other explanations... but couldn't. I have towed my Polaris behind my RV for over 5,000 miles, and never had one issue with the windshield even coming loose. The possibility of theft is near impossible, as there were expensive speakers and a mountain bike right next to it that were left untouched. I called back to Moto after waiting all day for a returned call. I was told Mike was aware of the situation and he would be calling me back. Today is July 6th and after sending an email and calling at least 2 dozen times, I still have not got that call back from Mike. Not only has Mike had my machine in their shop for 6+ weeks this summer... I have been left with no windshield, and hood that now has a broken part preventing me from putting it back on. After the two most recent events, I believe it was true negligence that the gear case blew. They have cost me time and thousands of dollars. Being a returning customer... you would think I could at least get a call back between June 23rd and today... I'm going to get my last part from them, and will certainly be going elsewhere in the future. I would encourage you to stay away from their service department. But if you do, plan on calling over and over and over again with no answer or returned call. read more

Never will I ever come to this place again and you bet I will tell everyone in this industry to never shop here again. This all started out a month ago when I bought a tire from them and they offer a free installation with that. They told me that it would be done in a day or two and after them not calling me for a few days I decided to call them and ask what was the hold up. Long story short they said it was done and to come in but when I went in to their location the old tire was still on it and no work had been done. I should've learned from the first time I went out there but I gave them another chance and bought another tire from this company and same story they said it will take one day and we will let you know. Again, I never heard anything so I decided to call into the service department and they said it was all done and to come in. So I sent in my sweet wife and I told her it's done you should just be able to pick it up so she went and picked it up not really knowing much about motorcycles. When she got home, I looked at the tire that should've been brand new and saw that my old tire was still on there. I was completely floored! These guys have no idea what a new tire looks like, not to mention they hand off old tires to customers that already paid! And that people bring their motor-sports equipment here to get fixed when these guys barely know what they are doing. I have gotten bikes from these guys and I've always tried to help and support the smaller business in this small industry but it seems like they don't care and their customer service is god awful. read more

STAY VERY FAR AWAY! Where to start...? I dropped off my machine and was told it would be completed by end of that day. After calling in 4 times over the next 3 days being told that my machine service will be done soon, I finally just went in on the third day because we were headed out of town and were planning on taking the machine. To my surprise, the machine had not been touched. I was told to give them 30 minutes while everything was completed. In the next 30 minutes I watched them change my oil, oil filter and oil plug, fill up rear transmission fluid, and hose out the radiator. To my surprise, the $180 I was quoted turned in to $360 over that 30 minute period. After arguing with the service adviser on the new amount, they knocked off some of the labor cost. In the end, I still ended up paying $135 for 30 minutes of labor. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? My experience on the parts side has not been any better. Find somewhere else to buy and service your machines. I have never written a negative review for a company in my life, but because this experience was the WORST I have suffered through, here I am. read more

At no time did anyone actually even say hello, so I left. Ended up buying a machine from High Adventure Powersports later that afternoon as a result!
