I'm really disappointed with my experience here due to pricing and lack of transparency…read more I was initially charged $200 to disassemble my forks. When I later brought them back already fully disassembled and provided all required parts, I was charged $412 just for reassembly, plus an additional $35 in "parts" charges, despite the fact that all parts used were my own. In total, this came out to around $700 for the disassembly and reassembly of forks that were already OFF the bike. That pricing simply does not make sense. I've previously worked in a motorcycle shop and as a service writer, so I'm familiar with standard labor practices. Reassembly typically takes less time than disassembly, and when customers provide parts or bring components in pre-disassembled, labor time and parts charges are usually reduced. None of that was reflected here. I was never given a clear shop labor rate, the receipt was extremely vague, and when I asked for clarification on how the charges were calculated, I was not provided any meaningful details beyond "that's just how we do it." For a professional service shop, this lack of transparency and the final cost feel unreasonable. Customers deserve clear labor rates, itemized receipts, and pricing that reflects the actual work performed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would not recommend this shop.

The staff I've interacted with have all been professional, friendly, and helpful. Right now as they're still in the process of finalizing everything with the remodel and the new lineup, things are a little hectic and not everything is in stock, but they've done their best and have ordered more than a few parts for me already. I also had a concern with my bike and wanted it looked at before I took it out on a week-long trip. They were super busy and still managed to squeeze it into a bay for a small adjustment to help me out. Ask for Chris if you need parts - great guy to work with.

When he got home we realized the sun shade that was in the photos sent to us, was not with the boat. Party our mistake for not checking before driving back to AZ but still. It took over 3 weeks to get in contact with them, calling every day. I was given the run around that someone would call me back and never did. Finally I talked to someone who explained what happened and gave us store credit. Weeks pass and we never received the title and registration in the mail. Again we called many times with no answer or the empty promise that someone would call back. We finally got ahold of Taylor who issued another temp tag and ensured they would get it worked out and call with an update, shocker that never happened. I got in contact with him again after not receiving it for another month and he said they would send it to the AZ store and we'd have title and registration in hand asap, and he'd send another temp tag. It's now been almost a month since that call, we do not have the registration or title and we never received another temp permit. This has been the BIGGEST headache. We love the boat but now can not use it because we don't have registration. They need to figure out their customer service. I would not recommend this company, at least the Draper store, to anyone.

I did not trust what the owner said so I took it to another shop and boy did they find a lot wrong with everything I ask this shop to do for thousands of dollars they are not qualified to work on audio. Please learn from my mistake of dealing with this shop I promise you you will get scammed he's done it to multiple customers. They over heard my issues in the shop and pulled me aside in parking lot and expressed the same feelings that I had about this shop. Please be aware they are no good. If anybody has any questions about my review and wants to know more, I will go into more detail about it. I got lied too left and right and my boat stayed there for a month and two weeks and nothing was getting done or taken care of at all I give this shop a zero out of 10 please be aware and please be careful when dealing with this shop. They are a scam in my eyes and I just don't wanna see anybody else get hurt. I've had to spend so much money fixing what he claims was wrong just to get somebody else to double check it and then they had to fix his screwups because they are not qualified to work on any audio system or for that fact anything MerCruiser they are cheep and it shows. This place is unbelievable they don't care to fix bad reviews they are not worth your time I promise. Please be aware they don't care. I was upfront about everything and never tried to hide my intentions. I even planned to come back the next day to finish the paperwork once financing was squared away. But as soon as I said I wouldn't be signing that night without the confirmed rate, the tone shifted. I was pressured in front of the entire team, questioned on whether I had talked to other dealers, and even had a sarcastic offer of a $500 check if the rate wasn't what they insisted it would be--right in front of everyone. It stopped feeling like a professional transaction and started feeling like an ego contest. After I left, I received multiple texts that became increasingly guilt-trippy and unprofessional--accusing me of backing out, being dishonest, and placing blame over a "40-cent monthly difference." The reality is, I walked because of how I was treated, not the rate or the money. Everyone has the right to pause and confirm financing on a major purchase. If a dealership can't respect that, it says everything. I ended up finding a better experience elsewhere--no pressure, no theatrics, just transparency and respect.
