Service takes quite a bit of time but that's expected if you want your hair to stay on your head after the bleach. However something happened during wash that didn't get me feeling great. A week later I ended up with half dark head ..... after two washes for about 600 plus tip Experience after that just dried up my hair to the point of no return, so sorry as it was a great place for blond gals.

The last time I went for highlights, the colorist was working on someone else and left the chemical in my hair too long which I knew because she had a timer on and hit it twice to reset while she worked on the lady next to me. Once my hair was washed, that attendant called over the colorist to check my hair which turned into 3 extra toner applications. Between the first and second application, she tried to talk me into the significantly blond highlights on my dark hair. It was too drastic and I did not like it. The most disappointing part of this experience, was there was no apology for the lengthy appointment or error and I was charged an extra $75 for the additional toner requirement on an already high fee. I have not gone back since and would advise anyone to think twice. It's fine to pay a lot for consistently great service and quality outcomes but this is not the place to count on and they clearly hide their inexperience.
