Grabbed takeout with my sister while we were staying in town at an Airbnb. Needed a work dinner…read morethat would sit well. Ichiban Sushi delivered just that. She got a roll and I got two (salmon and sunset). Both were good! I wouldn't order the sunset roll again as the black pepper tuna was a little spicy for me, but the quality of everything was great. The salmon quality was awesome-- much better than usual smoked salmon. The fish was in big chunks and had a buttery texture. My only complaint is that the menu description was wrong and it said the salmon roll came with cream cheese (I know that's usually a Philadelphia roll, but that one had no description and the salmon roll said cream cheese, so i went with it.) Their spicy mayo was great! Prices were "normal" for sushi. Food was ready quickly.

They seemed a little short staffed considering their small dining area was full and had a steady flow of dine-in guests as well as a very busy takeout flow. Service wasn't very attentive. It was a cold/snowy evening and because of the constant stream of takeout orders the temperature inside the small space was either very hot or very cold. The food was good, though! We had the spicy kani salad, edamame, and four rolls. All were fresh and tasted good. This seems like a solid spot for takeout but not a place I make the trip to dine-in for.

Mediocre food, great affordable prices for Cuyhoga Falls…read more No frills restaurant experience. Basic seating inside and bathroom is clean. Ramen is very average and same with fried chicken. Broth was not rich in flavor unlike other ramen places. Char siu too fatty for me. Fried chicken was also very greasy unlike tonkotsu should be. I'll update this review when I get a chance to try the curry / don bowls. 3/5 stars for now

I looked up there menu before going there so I could decide what I wanted to get and i decided to order the Torikatsu Ramen which is 鸡排拉面 Fried chicken served w.chicken broth ramen noodle, topped w.scallions, corn, cilantro, broccoli, kikurage mushroom onion and boy can I say it was really delicious and I had a can of diet Pepsi with it. The customer service was amazing as well and they were very helpful and they were extremely quick I ate there and I think I waited maybe 5 minutes for my Ramen. The price of the food is also amazing for my Ramen and diet pepsi it came out to under 15.00. And you get alot of food. The ambiance of the store was decent I think they took over where Jimmy johns used to be at because they are located in between play it again sports and Panera Bread. I did enjoy all of the decor though. Overall this place is amazing and I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Service was shockingly neglectful for nearly two hours: *…read moreWe asked for drink refills three times and never got them. We were so thirsty I had to get up and look for a fountain myself. * After 55 minutes she finally brought one round of refills, then disappeared again. * Dirty plates and trash sat in front of us the entire meal. Even after asking her directly to clear the table, she never did. * She even grabbed menus out of our hands with an annoyed expression and barely spoke to us. Food was fine, but the service was so bad it felt almost hostile. Worst dining experience, and it completely ruined my young son's birthday lunch "again". We told our server, female name starts with G. that we were celebrating his birthday and that the restaurant usually does something small--she acknowledged it, then nothing happened. I shouldn't even have paided gratuity, but I did.

Gluten free diners beware - some of the fish (spicy scallop, soft shell crab, spicy yellowtail…read moreconfirmed but likely others as well) have tempura flakes or similar mixed in that is NOT listed on the menu. Although none of the rolls are labeled as GF, this has never been an issue for my husband before. Despite asking for GF soy sauce, our waiter did not know about the rolls containing gluten. After we figured this out and asked, he did bring a menu by with which rolls could be made gluten free by request. Unfortunately this experience will likely prevent us from coming back, despite the quality of the sushi and the rolls being good otherwise.

Overall: It's so nice to have a quality ramen place in the canton area. The seating area is cute…read moreand not super over crowded. The ramen deal with an appetizer was well priced! I liked how much food you got and how you had a few options to choose from. Food: * pineapple passion mojito - 5/5 absolutely DELICIOUS. It was a perfect drink to have with dinner. It was light and refreshing with just enough sweetness. * chicken and pork bao - 4/5 super yummy! I actually liked the pork more than the chicken. It was almost like a buttery taste. It was soft and the meat just fell apart. The chicken was good too but was more on the tough side, probably because it was fried. * spicy beef ramen - 5/5 I will absolutely be back to get this again. Just the right level of spice. All the ingredients were fresh, well made, and delicious. It's the type of food that you can't help eating more of even though you're beyond full. * crispy chicken ramen - 3.5/5 This was still a good choice! I loved the chicken in it. I think this is a very safe choice for anyone who might be on the more picky side. The broth was good but not spicy. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! There are so many options and there is something for everyone to try.

When getting carried out they packed the ingredients separately from the broth which I loved. We got the spicy on the side and I was so glad we did because in my opinion it packed heat. The spicy is like chili crunch oil . Prices were average , I believe probably on par with other ramen spots . My husband teriyaki tom broth has a delicate thickness to it. We both said both broths felt rushed. They weren't really savory and tasted bland, and underdeveloped. It has a good beginning/starting flavor but should have shimmered longer. Not the best ramen or worst ramen. Simply in the middle. We ordered carry out so I can't speak to the service or overall atmosphere. The restaurant was clean inside and front cashiers were nice! We also ordered the creme brûlée Thai tea it was delicious!!!

The hibachi chef leaned hard on a pee joke. One of those bits that might land with an eight year old but just kills the energy for everyone else at the table as everyone was 30+. Hibachi entertainment lives and dies on the performer and this one phoned it in. The food itself is bland compared to what the area offers. Edamame in Medina and Umami in Cuyahoga Falls are operating at a noticeably higher level on flavor. The only thing wasabi has on them is watching a guy cook. When local competitors outpacing this place, it's hard to justify the trip. Oh, and the floor was so greasy the chairs were sliding around throughout the meal. Not exactly a confidence booster when the restaurant should be clean. Even less of a booster when your party has 2 people using walkers and another 2 limited in movement.
