But here goes anyway! Lisa was the exact opposite of that stereotypical realtor. She was not pushy or salesy in any way and was simply helpful, honest, incredibly useful, diligent, communicative, available at all hours and simply put amazing! She is also a really great person which eventually becomes important because you end up spending a lot of time with your realtor! We sold our house through a short sale and if you know anything about that, you know the process is incredibly frustrating and time-consuming (not to mention not exactly the most transparent of processes!). Lisa was thorough and stayed on top of every detail and was constantly hounding the bank for us. Which is exactly what you need to do in order to push a short sale through. If you are buying, selling, renting or considering a short sale in Fairfield County, please, PLEASE call Lisa. We had such an amazing experience with Lisa that we now consider her a friend and we regularly get together. How many people can say that about their realtor? In short (or long depending on your perspective), Lisa Briscoe is the best realtor in Fairfield County, and most likely the entire universe.

Ridgefield Ct, agent helen rasmussen…read more To say that my husband and I were grateful having Helen Rasmussen as our agent is an understatement. Although we were first time home buyers, we dealt with other agents before meeting Helen. Being a first time home buyer can be such a daunting experience, but with Helen it was anything but that. Upon meeting her, we knew we had hit gold. Not only is she a fierce agent, but also amazing as we got to know her personally. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and always made sure that we understood everything about the process. She always had our best interests above anything else. She would call, text and email us any new listings or any info on homes she thought would spark our interest. No words on paper could ever explain our gratitude for being able to work with Helen. We experienced highs and lows together, from births to deaths, Helen was there. Because of her we are living our our dreams in our beautiful home. We wouldn't recommend anyone but Helen. Thank you Helen for all you did for us!

She represented us as a dual agent in the purchase…read moreof our home and is now representing us to temporarily rent out the home for the next few months. Inna is incredibly hard working, always attentive, responds immediately, and has consistently immediately put into action plans that we discussed. During the purchasing process, she was always there to hold our hands through the entire process and was transparent throughout. As a dual agent I must imagine it must be very difficult managing both sides, and I know that both the seller and we were very pleased with how she did it. We purchased the home and the moment we decided to rent it she had renters for us. Any worries we had, she would always answer the phone. For repairs that needed to be made, she had the answers and would help facilitate. For anything the renters needed she went above and beyond. If you are looking to buy a home or looking to rent your home (or sell (she's also a great marketer) or find a rental for that matter) in the Weston/Westport area, I highly recommend you hire Inna. I think it would be incredibly difficult to find anyone who would be better to work with.

Wow! Once again, Inna Agujen has FAR surpassed my expectations. A little over a year and a half…read moreago, I bought a property in Fairfield County, with Inna's help. It was a buyer's market, and with Inna's excellent negotiating and real estate skills, I got a great price. Not too much later, I found myself needing to sell the property. This was something I was dreading. The real estate market in the area had only gotten worse, and having seen many properties languish on the market unsold for months and even years, I wasn't looking forward to the likely long haul ahead. To make matters worse, I had to sell the house while completely out-of-state, while living through a global pandemic! Inna had been great before, but truly, I had NO IDEA what Inna was capable of. To cut to the chase, we put the house on the market 10% over what I paid, and sold it OVER asking, with MULTIPLE OFFERS. How Inna managed to pull this off has to be one for the history books. The house had great bones before Inna stepped in, but like some kind of real estate fairy godmother, Inna sprinkled her magic dust over the house and within about 3-4 weeks, it was transformed into a gorgeous jewel. The pictures and 3D-video that Inna took and created were extraordinary, and within HOURS of putting the house on the market, we were getting offers. And zillow traffic stats kept climbing! And climbing! The level of interest was unbelievable. We started getting offers OVER the asking price, even CASH offers. Even offers from overseas! We were in escrow in a matter of days, with backup offers pouring in. While I was impressed with Inna's unbelievable energy and persistence when I bought the house, when it came time to sell, it was like witnessing a kung-fu real estate master at work. All I can say is WOW! I cannot recommend Inna highly enough. If you are looking to buy or sell a house, and you are hoping to find someone to represent your interests in the best way possible, I highly highly recommend Inna. She is a godsend.

WARNING: PREDATORY PRACTICES…read more Do not engage in business with Keller Williams Prestige Properties. They are deceptive and unethical. We were in the process of purchasing a home. Upon finding a house, our realtor presented us with an "EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO REPRESENT BUYER" contract. We were told we had to sign the contract in order to move forward with the purchase of the home. Our realtor misled us to believe that if the deal on the house did not go through, we had the option to terminate the contract. The house fell through after inspections, and we reached out to our realtor to terminate the contract at which time he directed us to his broker - again implying the contract could be terminated. We reached out to the lead broker who identified himself as the Brokerage owner (owner of the Keller Williams Fairfield franchise / Broker / Operating Principal). The broker refused to terminate due to an office "policy" he himself had created - refusing to explain the reasoning or purpose of the policy. We shared that we had no visibility or knowledge of the policy ahead of signing and were led to believe there was an option to terminate - as communicated to us by the realtor and language in the contract. Throughout this exchange with the broker, he outlined options to move forward; 1) To find another realtor within his brokerage - we shared that we are no longer comfortable doing business with Keller Williams given the deceptive and unethical way in which they have handled our business, 2) We could find a realtor outside of Keller Williams then connect the broker with this individual and the broker would negotiate a referral deal/payment and give our agreement rights to the new realtor. Quite frankly, option 2 was extortive in nature. Do not do business with these folks. If you are about to sign a contract with them, get everything they tell you in writing because they will not honor their word. It means nothing to them. I had a question about the lease and he pressured me to sign quickly, because he "had so many people who wanted the apartment." Furthermore, he advertised the apartment as a 2 bedroom when one room has no windows so cannot be considered a 2 bedroom. I was desperate as I had to start a new job in a week but I will never work with him or Keller Williams again. It was not a warm experience. I'll be buying soon and would never go back to this realtor or KW.

Matt came in clutch when overly demanding buyer attorney would not release funds in a timely manner (his client was unable to close on agreed upon date - closed 6 days later - funds were held over 15 hours of release from their bank). We were already out of state and it would have been difficult to access personal funds given our bank is not located in this area.
