When considering a refinance my wife and I were most concerned with doing business with a reputable and honest broker. Oh my gosh - Jonathan and Marcie were absolutely fantastic! We were refinancing our house, and had to go through a number of hoops to qualify, as one of us works from home in consulting so does not have straightforward W-2 income.
