The only way to enjoy true Minnesota walleye is to 1) catch it yourself; or 2) enjoy it on a Indian reservation. This was a really delight: fresh, flavorful, and crispy. I ordered it deep fried and was not disappointed. Friendly service to boot. Well worth the trek from Bemidji to see the lake and casino! read more

I had the walleye dinner which is easily the best walleye I've ever had. The fish was super fresh and they prepared it very simply with a light breading so you could taste the delicate flavor. The salad bar had a good selection of items and the side of vegetables seemed good, though I was too full to eat them (I prioritized the fish, obviously!) The photo of the walleye dinner is accurate for serving size, with two big filets. read more
