They present themselves as a project management firm, but all of the work is subcontracted to unverified, unvetted contractors -- many of whom do not speak English -- making communication and accountability nearly impossible. When problems arise, good luck getting a hold of anyone. They are unresponsive and evasive. Most concerning, they attempted to take advantage of my 78-year-old mother -- just one month after she lost her husband. The original project scope included addressing mold from a leaky roof: removing and replacing sheet rock, trim, and repainting. After quoting the insurance company for this full scope of work, they unilaterally reduced the job to about one-third of the original work -- but still demanded 100% of the original quoted price. Their logic of doing a fraction of the work but charging the full price is not only wrong, it is highly unethical. Taking advantage of a grieving, recently widowed senior is unconscionable. If you value honesty, transparency, and professionalism -- look elsewhere. This company is not to be trusted.
