Started taking cardio tennis classes here Winter 2025. I usually take classes with the city but…read morewanted to get a jumpstart this Winter and Spring before outdoor classes resume. Getting into a cardio class is extremely hard as there is limited about of spots. Additionally you have to have a verified 3.0 rating or above to get into the classes. I take the medium impact classes which has a capacity of 12 people. On average 8-10 people show up for class. It is a really good workout. There are 6 courts but 2 can be used for pickleball. I like this facility as there is ample parking. Also it is nice to see the ice skating classes and practices. The facility itself has lockers, water machines, vending machines and elevator lift for accessibility. I also had my racket re-strung by Carlos for a decent price. I was able to drop it off and pickup the next time that so was at the facility.

I few things I also assumed is that they'd have a system for their line, which stupidly spiraled around the lobby confusing every single new person that came. By the time I got to the front (only an hour left in free skate at this point), they sold out of all but three sizes (that's including men/women/kids). No effort to proactively inform people wasting their time in line. The person I came with brought their own skates so they still went on the ice while I watched, but the rink was total chaos. They allowed way too many people on the ice and the teenage Skate Guards were completely useless, staring at their phones or just staring at the ground bored. Fire those guys for sure. Absolute bust of an afternoon. From what I hear this place wasn't always this bad. To management: Please offer some kind adult only skate time and find Skate Guards who give a damn. To prospective free skaters: Go somewhere else.

You're skating right next to the Friendly Confines! Granted that there may be better rinks out, the…read moresheer novelty of being able to skate here as a Cubs fan is worth the price of admission at least once. It's a great place for the whole family. The best time to enjoy the rink would be when the Christkindlmarket is open. You can sample some great food and drinks preferably after skating to avoid some embarrassing slips on the ice. There are so many great options that you might be hard-pressed to take it all in within one visit. During Christmas time, they play holiday classics on the big screen for the kids to enjoy in addition to playing some great music. They take customer service seriously here and that's evident in the caring staff. Most of them have been working at Wrigley for years. Any one of them are quick to assist patrons with whatever they need help with. The Rink is so focused on people having a great time and being safe that they even staff professional EMS personnel just in case anyone gets hurt on or off the ice and needs timely care.

We hired Record-a-hit for their photo booth services for our wedding at Salvage One in July 2022…read more They were easy to work with and responsive about questions ahead of time. The photo booth came with props and they also were happy to set out some extra props that we had purchased. The photo booth attendant, Jovani, was great and the photo booth was a hit with our guests. We loved that we got a physical copy of each photo at the end of the night in addition to digital copies later so we could see the fun our guests had. If you're looking for a photo booth for your wedding, we highly recommend Record-a-hit!

We received a confirmation call the day before telling us what time delivery would be - sometime around 7am. They weren't kidding! Hubs woke up at 6:45am and they were already in our driveway waiting. Delivery was smooth, setup of the inflatable went well. We had to set up our own tables and chairs - not a big deal. They showed up promptly at 8pm to pick everything up (boooo hooooo). Can't wait for our party next year!

I picked up the chairs and the warehouse guys helped load them into my car, unload, etc. But then recently, I inquired about renting tables, chairs and linens for a bridal shower. First, their contact us form on their website wasn't working - some issue with the captcha. So I tried emailing with my request and questions about table options. I waited for days, and then I got an anonymous text with a couple of questions in return. So I'd respond, and then days would go by where I wouldn't hear anything again. I called several times and left messages, then I got another text a couple of days later. Finally, I got a text with just a price tag - no itemized breakdown of costs, no responses to my questions about table sizes, nothing. I left another message, asking for an itemized quote and haven't heard back. Its so surprising, considering how responsive and professional they were the past two summers when I rented from them. Itemized contracts, detailed terms. everything you would expect. This time there was none of that. Did they lose their sales staff? Are they going out of business?
