But he died, and when I went for my next appointment, I had his partner Scott Hodas. Hodas talked me into having my dentures relined, even though they fit well. He said they had to be relined every so many years and I was overdue. So I agreed to let him reline my dentures. BIG MISTAKE. Since the reline, I have to use denture adhesive twice a day, and my upper plate is not snug. I often find it difficult to talk. When I went for my six month cleaning, I wanted to talk to Dr. Hodas about this. He looked at the denture adhesive I brought along and said that's what the adhesive is for.

The office staff are professional, friendly and basically don't take crap with missed appointments or anything (they'll chuckle if they read this, they had to get hardcore on appointments with me about 5 years ago when I had a handful of last-minute cancels due to some repeated illnesses). Their cleanings are gentle, they've done same-day fillings and an extraction if needed for me and otherwise are just great. Anyway, went in today for my first cleaning since COVID-19 breakout. I have to say I was VERY impressed with their process and precautions. You wait in your car when you arrive for your appointment, call them to let them know you're there. They call you to come in, mask required, they do a temperature check and ask you to use their fancy hand sanitizer before you proceed to the exam room. They have a plexiglass divider hanging at the checkout station, and all employees wore masks and the hygienist & doc wore face shields as well. They did a great job keeping you away from other patients and it was very efficient considering. Highly recommend if you're nervous about a COVID-19 cleaning or other dental work.

After having issues all my life getting quality restorations (fillings and crowns) I found this place. Friendly staff, great quality restorations. Silber's assistant Sharon is so good at making temporary crowns, I'd be inclined to leave it in, if not for the material and cement not being permanent, lol! I've had small issues with repairs not holding up (rare occasion) but I attribute that to not wearing a bite guard at night (I'm a grinder) and if you have crowns that's a must! And everyone's mouth is different, we all chew differently. Your teeth also move around throughout your life (muscles and tendons reposition and re-tension). Plus, the deeper the filling, more likely for issues. And the more times a tooth has been worked on, it becomes more sensitized and the work becomes more complicated. He never pushes for more work than is necessary. He's made sure I'm pain free in any case. Even gave me a free replacement crown when it cracked (I have a heavy bite and wasn't wearing bite guard at that time). If you ever have discomfort after a restoration, just go back and they will do their best to make it right for free.

After the exam, Dr Reema reviewed the x-rays with me and pointed out exactly what needed to be done. She let me know what work she could do and what problems needed referral to an endodontist. At no point did I feel pressured into getting questionable/unnecessary dental work. She listened to my input and concerns sincerely and took adequate time to answer all my questions. Professional and personable. The staff seems very competent as well. X-rays were done painlessly without the bulky awkward cardboard pieces to bite down on, the cleaning was deep and thorough but not painful or excessively long. The front office staff handled my paperwork and insurance details while quickly addressing my questions. I was also provided a itemized cost estimate with lower prices than provided by my last dentist. The office is clean and everyone is friendly and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a new dentist--I'm happy to recommend Dr Reema Ajluni and staff.

Called his office to set an appt, found very kind staff and hours/times to match my schedule with no issues. This was I'd say at least 10+ years ago and I have to admit Russ has not only become my all time favorite Dentist, but I TRUST him and every suggestion that I've had to deal with over the past decade, which did include many root canals, crowns, and those dang cavities. I have never had insurance, as he knows, but he does NOT gouge the wallet of patients. His attitude is fantastic, yes a very kind person, regardless of what (tina? and ?jason?) say in comments from a decade ago. *(thank goodness he moved away from the trailer park known as warren) :) I have cleanings every 3 months from him and my teeth are looking great! During my visit, there was confusion about my X-rays, and I was told that a tooth was missing when it clearly was not. Instead of taking the time to properly review the information or resolve the issue professionally, the situation turned into an argument. What made things worse was the behavior of the office manager, who was extremely disrespectful during the conversation. Rather than addressing my concerns calmly or trying to correct the mistake, she hung up the phone on me, which I found very unprofessional. Overall, the staff appeared confused and not on the same page, and it felt like no one really knew what was going on. Communication between the team and with patients needs serious improvement.
