Ga law says that a person can post the cash bond on a misdemeanor personally but sheriff's office required that I go through them to be bonded out! It's been 45 days after my case was dismissed and they still have not returned my $2000 bond. This is a racket and will be held accountable one way or another if i have to hire a lawyer and sue them in court!!!!! I will also be filing a complaint with the GA Secretary of States office, State attorney generals office and the Govs office of consumer affairs!! This is why the Justice system does not work, its a money racket in the Good Ole Boy system!!!! BEWARE
