My home was completed in May 2013. This company sold a termite bond for my home at closing m and…read moreeach year I pay to for the annual warranty to treat and repair. Last Monday, I found termites in two locations inside my home. I called and reported the issue on Monday. I was promised that Angela, the Office Manager, would return my call. When my call wasn't returned, I called again. I also sent emails and photos. I asked for a copy of my policy and Sonya, the HOA manager, sent me a black form (see photos) in response. I replied that I wanted a copy of my policy not a blank document. She sent me a letter on the company letterhead stating I had a treatment & repair warranty on my home. The company is only agreeing to repair the wood on the floor but they're refusing to inspect or repair the 2 walls we both photographed and documented. They refuse to agree to repair the walls. On the phone, on Friday, Angela said their General Contractor, MCC, will inspect the wall and provide an estimate for repair. Today, Saturday, MCC owner, Larry, said he will not be coking to my home as he was told by Rick at Team Pest USA to only replace the damaged flooring plank in the photo. He said he had no notes about any walls, despite the photos. Team Pest USA stopped responding to emails or calls. They are not honoring their agreement.

I've been using this HVAC company consistently for the past five years, and they have proven time…read moreand time again to be incredibly reliable and trustworthy. Whether it's routine maintenance, urgent repairs, or full system evaluations, they always show up on time, communicate clearly, and get the job done right the first time. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of consistency year after year. What truly sets them apart is their honesty and professionalism. They take the time to explain what's going on, what actually needs to be fixed, and what can wait....without ever trying to upsell unnecessary services. I've always felt confident that their recommendations are based on what's best for my home, not their bottom line. They are also excellent at working within your budget. Whenever I've had pricing concerns, they've been transparent and willing to offer options that make sense financially without compromising quality. That flexibility, paired with their reliability, is why I continue to use them and confidently recommend them to friends, family, and clients.

This review is bad solely because of the owner…read more The good part: Clint and JP were honest, thorough, and careful. I appreciated them coming out, communicating everything that needed to be told, and confirming the work prior to doing anything not on the estimate. If they read this, I hope that they know that my frustrations weren't aimed at them at all. They were great and I'd absolutely work with them again (just not with this company though). As far as the owner, she really needs to take an etiquette class because she is far from professional. One of her employees gave me an estimate that was far from accurate for the amount of work that had to be done. JP didn't even touch the limb that needed to be cut down because he knew that the amount I'd pay wouldn't be viable (I personally didn't know this since I'm not an arborist...that's what I contacted her company for because they're professionals, or so I thought -__-). JP got her on the phone to sort out the issue. I think he thought that she would reason with me since she sent someone out who doesn't quote properly. Nope! She basically made it seem like I was trying to get over on them...mind you...did I make the quote? Ummm no. I stayed as calm as I could with her while she keep throwing the blame at me and making it seem like they did nothing wrong. Before she could continue throwing jabs, I decided to put my business hat on and say "Please...stop...how much is the work that was already done? We aren't going to continue this." I'm assuming she will reply to this, unprofessionally like she behaved on the phone, so brace yourself for the show! Would I recommend? NO! Go somewhere else (or try to get JP and Clint if they go to a better company) Will I use them again? Not if they were the last tree company on earth.
