I can't express enough how much 2nd Chance helped us get our family member out of jail. They worked with us in every way, very respectful, friendly, and communication was on point. They did everything they could to help us out, always giving us updates ( we are from out of state ) they go over and beyond. Highly recommended!!! Michelle worked with us, and she is a very hard working lady that goes out of her way to help you out. read more

MICHELLE was my representative from A 2nd Chance Bail Bond here's a accurate description of the service that I received professional, knowledgeable, patient, confident and above all real. I never felt she she was judging, we ran into an issue with Fulton county jail's processing and she stood ten toes down thru out this process talked with varies departments until the issue was resolved. Dedicated to the cause a total gem. Words can not explain the relieve that I felt to have her working in my behalf to assure my sons release. Yes it was a combination of a team effort but I truly appreciate and respect that she was one of many on my Team , and for that Beautiful I give you your praise Job well done !!!! read more

This place is a scam and once they found out my daughter was in a different state then us after her bond was paid they still had people calling us in different states before she was released saying she needed more money to be released and it had to be someone in the company because there was no other way to get our info and on top of the 1300 they got a additional 285 and tried to get another 150 but my daughter was released and called u right before it was sent!!!! so beware they will give people your information to scam you before your people are released!!! read more

I talked to about three people during the bonding process. All three were respectfully eager to help and educate me. Michelle specifically was very patient with me as I was having problems getting the payment to process. Once the information was available for them to see, We were able to make bail within 24 hours. Thank you for your help! read more

PLEASE YOU HAVE TO READ THIS ! Actually, I am updating my last review, I wish there were more stars ! Jessie , the bounty hunter who got my grandson out of an Atlanta jail, is Amazing! He was recommended by Attorney Kyle Jarzmik, who by the way is just as Amazing! We are in a very bizarre situation right now ;I wish I could explain it to all who reads these. All I can say is " In trouble & from another state, YOU need these two men ! " Here it is a holiday weekend & Mr. Jazmik is working on this mess we are in. Jessie made numerus calls to get to the bottom of it. I am in absolute shock that there are people; in their professions who would go as far as these two have !! There are super lawyers & then there are SUPER lawyers, as for bail bonds men , there is none out there that can compare to 2nd Chance. read more

I want to thank Tenithia from the bottom of my heart. She came to my rescue when someone very close to me was in trouble. It turned out is was a clerical error and the person was released. She is honest, kind, helpful and didn't run my credit card until she absolutely knew that there would be a bond. I am from out of state and she helped me with everything. Thank you Tenithia. read more

After speaking to about 3 other bail places I finally found this one! From the moment I called the office they were so polite, professional and helpful. I had called the wrong office and the man who answered assured me he would get me to the right office and they would help and they sure did! I had been given way higher pricing and incorrect information about the process from other bail places and I was incredibly frustrated by the time I called here. Tenithia explained everything over the phone and started my process so it would be ready when I arrived. I was out of the office within a half an hour and she went immediately down to the jail to post the bail. She went during shift change and paperwork wasn't ready so she stayed and waited for about 2 hours in the parking lot and made sure everything was good before she left and explained everything to me. I couldn't thank her enough! The next day I had to go finish filling out paperwork and the young lady there (I didn't get her name) was equally professional and helpful! I would definitely recommend! read more

Needed bail quickly and Taylor was there! Answered all my questions and even when her shift was over, she immediately replied to my text messages. They were fairly quick and willing to work with me. Highly recommend. read more

Love this place, fast and efficient! Michelle personally is my favorite, she gets things done!!!!

So love this place for their professionalism with everything...from the time we walked in to the time of my sons' disposition. They were knowledgeable called with reminders for every court date and made all transactions appear seamless. As a mother I certainly appreciate them helping me with one less thing to worry about during such a difficult time. Thank you, thank you!! read more

I thought this place was going to be a God send. They were so professional and kind until they found out the bail was only $114.58 then they could no longer help me. Wait? What? All this talk of payments plans and don't worry, we will get your loved one out as soon as he is process and then $114.58 is not worth their time. Go to Free at Last they will help you. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I could not have asked for better treatment. I have never been through this experience before so I was clueless as to what to expect. They walked me through every step I needed to do, and what to expect. They communicated constantly with my friends and family through every step of the process, which brought such comfort to them. The individual attention and compassion for my situation far exceeded my expectation. read more

I am soon happy I went to A 2nd Chance. I was frustrated and upset and Shakeelah P really calmed me down. She assured me that A 2nd Chance would take care of my family and all would be well soon. I never want anyone to need a bonds person but if they do; go to Kee. Shakeelah is a sweetheart that will make it happen and not make you feel worse. read more

Contacted Daniel, owner of 2nd chance, BEFORE I turned myself in to Fulton County Jail to arrange bond. Took my money, NEVER bailed me out. No apology I called Daniel regarding a low-level misdemeanor I received and wanted to arrange bail before I turned myself in at 930pm on a Wednesday, hoping to get in and out as quick as possible. The owner, Daniel, said that 'William', his night employee, was VERY well connected at the jail and would have me out quickly. He took all my information and girlfriends information as she was going to fill out paperwork and pay the fee the moment I turned myself in. She went to the facility, paid, filled out all paperwork and was told she would receive a call from William. No phone call was ever received from William, he did not answer the phone once when I used my two phone calls to call his office. Previous to filling out paperwork, he told my girlfriend that he spoke to me and expressed that he could not bail me out which was a complete lie. He then back-pedaled and stated that he got me confused with someone else and that he would have me out with no problem. They never responded to her after her payment, never bailed me out and as a result I spent 30 hours of HELL in Fulton county jail from their mistake. I will go to all lengths to make sure that this company is off of the approved bail bond list at the jail and no one else has to suffer due to their unprofessionalism, blatant lies and deceit. read more
