He is only helpful and polite until they get your money then everything else goes down hill. He called and threatened my family about my job and freedom due to the fact I got called in to work early on a Friday (which I told his office assistant ahead of time) and couldn't come "check in" not because of missing a payment (I only had 1 payment to make). I got bonded out by this company which was the only good thing that they provided for me. Basically I had to pay a deposit in order to be released considering my charge but to get my money back was hell!!! First they lied and said they only provided refunds on Wednesday's and said I signed a consent form approving it. Once I asked to see the form to verify they sent it and it stated they do refunds Wednesday and Saturdays which made me furious because I was already set for Wednesday. So I call the owner Matthew to try and resolve this issue and he was very rude in finding out that I wanted my refund on Saturday which I don't understand considering I explained to this man that I lost my job and kids to take care of. He basically threatened that if I called back I would have to wait longer to get my money back.
