They stole our money and have the poorest customer service ever out of any company Ive dealt with. We paid them to get my husband out, they bonded him out but he got right back arrested because he had a parole hold and wasnt supposed to have been released in the first place. The bonding company knew about the parole situation and didnt even check on that before taking our money like we asked them to! Then they refused to refund us. They told us they would just stay on his bond and when the parole hold was lifted theyd get him out immediately. When that time came we called Joe Ray only to be treated like liars. The guy we spoke to accused us of having lied about how long my husband had been in GA and said they came off his bond and would not be getting him out. He claimed my husband had not been here as long as we said, even though he absolutely had. He also claimed we lied about the parole hold even though we asked them about that before even paying them. The guy was irate, cursed us out and all. And what he was saying wasnt even true. They were just making an excuse not to refund our money. He told us go to another company. We just struggled to get that bond money up and it is down the drain now and my husband is still incarcerated.. Dont go there. Trust me. read more
