    I was never so disappointed as with my trip to Best Buy Geek Squad in Shakopee. I dropped my wife…read moreoff at Walmart across the street and took her Apple Series 3 Watch into the Geek Squad. I waited for 20 minutes (no appointment) to talk to a Geek, and then showed them the watch. It had a visible crack on the upper corner, which I found when my wife asked me to take a look at it because it was acting funny. They showed me a sheet of bar codes, which was too small to read, and said the repair would cost $90. (I had told them I had AppleCare+ on the watch which they had taken another 10 minutes to look up and confirm). I told them the watch needed repair, so I agreed to pay. It didn't have a charge, so they put it on a charger and told me to wait. After 20 minutes they called me back up and said I needed to disconnect the watch from my wife's I phone before they could proceed. I went over to Walmart and tracked down my wife's phone and returned to Best Buy). When I got there, I initiated the Disconnect procedure on her phone, and then her phone said "can't complete.....please continue on the watch." When I told them the disconnect process needed to be completed on the watch, they said they couldn't get the watch to boot. [I was later to learn that one of the only ways to get the Serial Number of the watch that doesn't boot, other than the original box, is from the phone that it is connected to. A good Geek would have probably grabbed the Serial Number off of the phone, before the watch was disconnected. ] After now an hour and a half had elapsed, I just told them my time (and patience) was up, and to put it all back in a bag for me. The next afternoon, I took it into the Best Buy Geek Squad near the Burnsville Center. They told me they'd have to send the watch in, because they didn't do anything with apple locally. My best bet was to take it into an Apple Store, but they didn't think they'd get me in without an appointment either. The best thing they did was print out the receipt of my AppleCare+ waranty purchase. I tried to call call Apple's automated system from the parking lot to make an appointment, and was emailed a link to their web site. The Catch 22, was the web site wouldn't let me make an appointment without a serial number and the only way I had to get the serial number was off my phone if the watch hadn't been disconnected. Day 3, called AppleCare and asked for a representative. The representative told me that the serial number on the receipt had an "S" character in front that looked like part of the serial number, but was not. When I gave her the rest of the serial number, it came back as valid so she could set up the repair order and send out a shipping box. When she had me read the rest of the warranty info, it also had a statement that the repair should only cost me $69, not the $90 Best Buy was going to charge. Long story short, never, ever, never take anything into the Geek Squad at Best Buy or even buy anything from Best Buy if you can help it. This is only one of four really bad experiences I've had with them. I'm now leaving for good never to return. [The only reason I gave them one star is I didn't think the zero stars would record, and there were no negative star options.]

Brandon in the mobile department is the only one who seems to care about helping the customers. I have been in this store a handful of times over the last few months and I notice he is the only one doing anything. The customer service here just seems to be getting so much worse. It really leaves a bad taste and makes me not want to go there at all.

When we arrived we saw the fridge marked down to $1299! Are you kidding me? 31 cu. ft and designed with handles that allowed us to get a bigger fridge that was in a tight corner and would allow door to open fully! By opening Home Depot line of credit got another $100 off. It has double ice bin making cubes and nugget size; an ice scoop, inside water feature and fingerprint resistant stainless Too good to be true?? Not in this case! Bill was outstanding and got the fridge entered for delivery and completed sale in 20 minutes. It is a stunning sleek French door; double lower drawers and fridge and delivery/install seamless by the crew on 2/2 and relocated our old fridge to garage to use there for just $40. A deal too good to pass up! Bill N charming, well trained and friendly! Thank you Bill and delivery for getting this beauty into our home!

Their customer service is…read moreamazing and everybody is super nice and it doesn't feel like it's a car dealership where they're trying to upsell you and tell you everything is broken. If you need a new battery is the same price as you can buy an Amazon and they install it for free!!! If you need any accessories, they have everything there. The best part is they have a list of all the prices so they match the best price that is been sold by any company in the country. They obviously do a lot of warranty work and basic repairs. But I have learned is that if you clean your Dyson and take it apart with an air compressor, it will run so much more efficiently it won't overheat and drain the battery. I do feel like this place is kind of a secret and I wish there was more advertisement but every time I go in, they take care of me and I always recommend people to this location!

It turned out to be warranty work and my Dyson 12 and I were in the truck and on our way home. No charge. Right then I swore, if I ever need work done, I'm going to Kevin. April,2026...Dyson was acting up so I called Kevin and explained what the machine was doing. Kevin says "bring it down and we will fix it while u wait." He sounded confident so I hopped in the truck and drove 3 hours to the Edina repair center. I walked in, Kevin dropped everything and took the machine in back, fixed it like new, charged me less than $50 and I was back on my way home in under 15 minutes. Unreal!!! If you are thinking of taking your Dyson to anyone but Kevin and the Edina Dyson center, you're crazy!! He and his staff are the most professional, honest people I've had the pleasure to work with. I ask to speak to a manger they wouldn't let me. It's upsetting to me on so many levels. The disrespect from people who wouldn't born here the company for letting their customers not being taken.
