Had a few hours to kill in Atascadero and found this place in the Vons shopping center. I opted for the 2 hour foot and body massage and what a wonderful relaxing experience! Now I'm wondering about the sugar scrub and table shower for full body exfoliation. The therapist regularly asked if the pressure was acceptable which it was. Excellent quality and care! The man who did it made sure that I was comfortable with him first, versus a woman, and I got a private room. The tables had fresh linens and very comfortable. The little lady, "Lucy", was a massage machine. She was so strong, polite and worked her magic from head to toes, every part of your body is massaged. She followed up with hot stones which was incredible as well. For the 80.00 price you definitely get your money's worth and such a great price. I've paid double the amount and never had anything like the work she put in. I tipped her $20.00 and some change because she put all her energy into my well being. I willl make this my to go place from now on. So they do give good massages. But tonight I was explicit I wanted 60 min combo massage for $45. I stated it on the phone, then pointed to it on the menu; they tried to show me more expensive options but I never wavered on combo massage. Then when I go to leave/pay they charged me $55 + my tip of 17% (which they literally scoffed at). I was confused because it was $10 more than the combo massage price. They then said I got the full body massage. It was so obvious they were pulling a scam. To me, $10 isnt worth a confrontation. But unfortunately this is the 3rd time they have done this to me. So its definitely something they pull if they think you look like someone they can pull it with. Perhaps they see I am just a quiet mom and know I am not going to make a scene. So sad because they do a good job on the massage. read more

I went here because my husband had got me a sugar foot scrub massage certificate for them so when I showed up that's what I was expecting to experience but not at all what I got l, I was told to complete undress for a whole body massage where the lady was flaring the sheet all over me and exposing , crawling all over me no warning , extremely hot stones and oil only thing they did for my feet was hit the bottoms , and they where very rough wasn't a good experience didn't sugar scrub my feet AT ALL told me to take a shower after and then asked me to give them a tip ! don't recommend looking for a massage go somewhere more professional and will give you what you pay for read more

Excellent 60-minute full body massage by Lilly. I used to come here pre-pandemic and returned for the first time again this week. I found the place just as clean as it used to be. The rooms are great--very spacious and nice. In addition, I have never had a therapist interrupted with a phone call as is the case in so many of these types of foot massage places--they have always had a dedicated person at the front desk handing calls and any people coming in. When I went to pay I have the man the card and gave a $8 cash tip; he literally threw the card one way and my money the other way and gestures as if I didn't give him enough money as his tip! This is one of those don't judge a book by its cover locations. The shopping complex is very dated and unappealing to the eyes. The foot spa is dark on the outside but once you enter it's very calming and zen. We called before arriving and they took us right away. We were in Paso for the Field of Lights installation. So we needed to fill some time. They had great reviews and we booked 3 appointments. Very clean place with showers. Two of us booked an hour massage and one GF booked a 90minute massage. They let us sleep/rest our eyes until our friend finished her massage. Would definitely recommend them. If we every pass by we will make a point to visit them again. read more

I'm a repeat customer of this place. I love the foot massages, but today was a complete disappointment. I asked for a 90 minute sugar scrub massage. The price pamphlet says 30 minutes sugar scrub and 60 minutes body massage. I go into the room and a lady starts the massage. She was obviously strong which can be nice, but when you are digging the point of your elbow into tight muscles over and over and over, after almost jumping off the table, I finally asked her to use less pressure. I had to ask her a few times before she finally got it. Gritting my teeth and bearing it is not my idea of a relaxing time. I kept thinking that the massage has to get better and maybe the scrub part comes at the end? I had flipped to my back after I don't know how long and while I was finally getting a relaxing face massage, another lady comes in, asks me to flip back onto my front for the sugar scrub. I thought this isn't normal to have someone flip multiple times, but as I did, I noticed there were only 11 minutes left on the timer. At this point, I tried to enjoy the 2 ladies scrubbing my back and arms (no legs or front), but it was difficult when I knew I wasn't going to be getting my full scrub time that I had been anticipating. I know I don't speak their language, but it really felt like the second lady that came in to help with the scrub had to teach the first lady how to do it because the first lady started scrubbing hard but after words were exchanged, she changed her technique to a somewhat gentle rub and followed the second ladies technique a little more closely. Then they asked me to get up and shower. I'm fine with that if that's normal but again, don't make me get up and use the oily sheet to wrap myself up with, walk to the shower, and use the oily sheet again to walk back to the massage room to put my clothes back on (a small towel that barely covered my body was the only other option and I was not about to do that when I know men work there too). Where's a robe? Or at least bring me my plastic bin with my clothes in it so I can dress in the shower room. Isn't that what the hot towels are for anyways? To wipe your body off from the excess oil and scrub so you don't have to inconveniently get up to rinse? Also, a heads up about the shower would have been nice. There's a sign that says shower services are available, not you must use the shower after your treatment or walk out of there all oily and gritty in your clothes. When I went to pay, I explained to them (and I was very clear about my thoughts) that I was expecting what they were advertising (and plainly pointed to their price pamphlet) and she said "less time but more hands". I don't care about having 4 hands scrubbing my back, I care about having 30 minutes of a nice relaxing scrub with a nice massage to follow. I'm a mom and I don't get this time that often so this was something I was really looking forward to. She told me to ask for her when I come back and she would give me more scrub time. I shouldn't have to ask for more acrub time when you advertise 30 minutes worth. I went to pay and she asked if I wanted to add a tip. I really didnt want to tip, but said to add $5. She pointed to the 90 minutes and said "but it's a 90 minute massage" and I replied "I didn't receive what I had asked for". She said ok and charged my card. After today's visit, I finally earned a free massage (over the course of a few years), but after leaving with an incredibly sore neck and shoulders and much disappointment, I'm not sure I want to redeem my free massage. I wanted to come home feeling relaxed but now all I want to do is cry because I wasted my time and money and I'm in pain. read more

They do really good massages and are very nice but every single time ive gone they say "do you want the tip on the card" and when i tip, they get very upset and say its not enough and the latest time, they started laughing at me and said ok sure. Like WTF, a tip is not required and if your getting upset , up your prices. Dont be super f^*% rude about it, or give me my tip back. read more

I took my mom here for Mother's Day. We got the 90 minute combo massage. The massage was great but I am use to the 60 min body being on the table and 30 min foot in a chair with a soak. They did all 90 minutes in the room on the table; not bad, just not what I expected. Then we go to pay and leave and I attempted to tip 15%. The front desk lady goes, "oh no. 90 minute. That gets 20% tip. You want to tip 20%?" I was utterly surprised! I paid the 20% but I will NOT be returning. Enjoy the extra $3 but not being able to retaining me as a client.
