Bad business!!! My parents went here last week to use the gift certificate given by my son for their Christmas gift and they refused to accept it, because whoever sold the gift certificate to my son didn't sign it! I tried to call a couple times and no one spoke English and asked that the Manager call me back. Still nothing! Best bang for your buck. Only 30$ for foot reflexology. But they actually do your whole body. They even turn you over and get your back side. Only two technicians. A man and a woman. I took my son for a treat while camping nearby. We loved it. Just the 4 of us, the most comfy chairs. The only thing I didn't like was that they talked to each other. Bottom Line: The bang for the buck is hard to beat Wife and I have taken to staying in Los Osos for long weekends and have been loving it. For a little pampering, my wife suggested this place which has been great. It's not nearly as formal as a normal massage parlor. Everyone is in the same room for the foot massages. There are small rooms toward the back for the full massage but more or less it's a common room. This is bad and good. Bad in that there is less privacy but good in that it's informal. The two times that we visited we got foot massages which is almost and entire body massage and very relaxing. I went here looking for a foot massage instead I got my limbs torn out of socket. Both my rotator cuffs on both arms were torn completely thru. My arms just hang limp now. My best friend lived in China for a few years and is always on the hunt for Oriental massage places. I didn't get the appeal until my husband and I decided we needed to hit somewhere we didn't need to have reservations for and I decided to try this place based on Yelp reviews. The majority of the time we get Western-style, or I go to a different masseuse who does a combination of things in Los Osos, but it still table-based. We walked in to find interesting, low chairs in a darkened environment with a basket of almond and fortune cookies and water waiting for us. Was it a beautiful and luxurious spa atmosphere? No, but I was happy with it and prepared for it and it made it feel more intimate and that my money was going to the service, not the atmosphere I'd not enjoy with my eyes shut for an hour. They set us up though we were a bit early, got a warm water bath for our feet and let us "cook" a bit before we got started. They reclined the chairs and started with face, neck, and arms before spending the majority of time on the feet. Both my husband and I fell asleep during this phase for at least a bit and I NEVER fall asleep. Woke up, worked on the thighs, flipped over, did a great job finishing all the good spots on back, butt, and neck and we were good to go. I had originally booked full body massage and told the guy that I wanted just the foot massage to try it and he ended up giving both my husband and I the foot massage price of $30 which was a huge surprise, so we tipped very well. I'll be back to try full body for sure. I don't think if you're looking for specific therapeutic massage (for problem areas, etc) this is the place to go, and they are definitely more relaxing-pressure rather than "get after it" pressure, but if that's what you're needing, you can't do much better. As others said, it felt like a family affair and the man who took care of me seemed to really enjoy doing it for me (not in a creepy way, like he liked his job), which I always think is a plus with people doing any kind of bodywork especially because I tend to be a little sensitive to such things. Traveling from out of town. Saw that there was actual oriental foot massage in Morro Bay. Called and spoke to a "Lee". Requested masseuse with firm hands. She assured me that we would be taken care off. After arriving for our massage I was barely greeted by a gentleman who ended up my "therapist". I thought...cooI have the "guy" he will be strong. Well with my eyes open I was able to watch him work while my girlfriend next to me ended up with the female therapist. Her therapist worked really heard while basically my guy applied "lotion". HORRIBLE!!! Can't believe I wasted my time coming here! I attempted to communicate my concerns and all I got was "no english". I was alert during the ENTIRE session because I couldn't relax. It really felt as if he was miserable working and as a result he just didn't exert any effort. What I should have done was video tape the 2 therapist side by side. Since I was "alert" I was painfully aware of the difference! Judi, she is a very hard working lady. I should have left her my guys tip since she was so good! That's what I should have done. To the owners...pay attention to whom you leave in charge with your customers. Not good for business! My guy left me a total of 5 times. While I was face down it was as if the other side of the table was a mile away since it literally took him a minute to move from one side of he chair to the other. I actually lifted my head to see where the hell he was THREE TIMES! And that was just the last 10 minutes! To make matters worse my guy attempted to use an app to ask me for a tip! That's the only time effort was exerted! Brock I think is his name...due to accent it was difficult to understand even just that! What ever the case....avoid him like the plaque or don't come during the evenings. It's apparent that he can't tolerate late shifts! ASK FOR JUDI! This is the typical Asian massage salon...they did a good job on my feet, but I like more pressure but like most Asian massage salons...they don't really speak English fluently. I have been looking for an establishment that would give me a fabulous FOOT massage and oh my gosh ~ that is not what I received. First of all it is so dark and gloomy inside it is scary. They had me sit in the chair and asked me to close my eyes. Good thing, because when I opened them and saw what was working on me I had to gasp. What was that??? They went on to massage other parts of my body which I did not want massaged. They were too rough and it hurt. I was in bed for days after that experience ~ it was horrible. When I went to pay they said to be sure and give a good tip. How rude is that. I will never ever go back. I understand there is another massage place on Main St. I am going to give them a try. this place has really improved, they have chairs now that recline and the therapists are strong and very good. Be sure to go to the one on Morro Bay Blvd and NOT the one on Main Street, I understand they are under same ownership. Went today to the Main Street one, had "Helen" and I stopped it about 40 minutes in, couldn't take it anymore. Like having someone put moisturizer on your legs for 40 mins even AFTER I asked for some pressure. Morro Bay Blvd one is very good though! They really don't speak English well but they do give you a pretty good massage - its just a bit difficult to give any special requests. My wife and I got one-hour full body massages for $50. This is like a traditional massage in that you get a private room and take off all of your clothes. The basic "foot massage" has you basically leaving on all of your clothes. read more

Wow! After a rough day at work, my husband and I thought "why not try a foot massage" especially since it's so close to our home. It was so much more than we imagined! Nancy and Cindy were wonderful and very thorough. First they start with soaking your feet and rubbing your head and all the tension just goes away. I've been to several of these types of "foot massage" places in the past few years up and down the central coast. First, be aware, while they spend a lot of time on your feet, they do start on your face and head, and work on your shoulders, neck back and legs...all while fully clothed. I think it is a very nice experience and a good value. When I went here last night I called ahead to make an appointment and they didn't want my name, only my number. I thought that odd. Anyway, when I arrived at 5 I was the only one there. This is a small establishment; one room with six chairs and two women working. A young man was at the desk. I imagine he is one of their sons. A real family business. The only criticism I have is once it was over I felt rushed to get up and pay. I usually like to lay there a few minutes, and since they weren't busy I couldn't see what the rush was. But maybe people have skipped out... . The other thing I noticed is I don't think they are changing the towels on the chairs between customers. Since you are clothed it isn't probably too big a deal, but I would prefer they use fresh towels with each person. They do give you a fresh face cradle liner that is disposable. read more
