On the morning of the job, Jay arrived to meet the crew and let me know Carlos would be the lead. Carlos was great. Once the work began, the crew operated like a well-oiled machine. When they were done, the site was so clean you'd never know they'd been there. Before leaving, Carlos checked with me to make sure I was happy with the job, and later that day Stephanie checked in as well. All said, I highly recommend this amazing company. I had an appointment that was twice confirmed for today, Thursday, August 24, 2023 @ 9:00am. The guys arrived over an hour late. They walked around the property and asked me if they could also cut down some of my other trees. Of course I rejected the offer as that wasn't our agreement. They offered information stating how far they drove and just doing the initial job would be a waste of their time. I needn't say how furious I became and reminded them of how I will not be guilted into adding on a service simply because of their travels. Well, they decided to talk it over and declined the job. I don't know what kind of mess they're trying to pull on customers so I pulled up their website which showed the company doesn't open today until 8pm . Now, for the guys to arrive today outside of business hours, try to guilt me into accepting and paying for an additional service, then leave without even completing the agreed upon service; red flags are waving high in the sky. This is just another example of the many con artists that we as customers unknowingly do business with. Stay vigilant everyone!!
