I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! We have used several tree services and landscapers over the years, and none of them hold a candle to Cypress Tree Service. The entire crew at Cypress Tree Service are absolutely incredible. Starting with the initial call to Stephanie and ending with the cleanup of my yard, they were VERY responsive, courteous and caring. We have a special needs child who could not go into our yard because it was unsafe. In order to make our yard usable we had to clear the trees and fence in the yard. When we explained our situation, they couldn't move any quicker to get the job done. Jay and his crew immediately sprang into action and got everything finished in lighting speed. Each member of the crew was incredible. They were like a well-oiled machine. From start to finish everything was carefully planned, discussed, and executed. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area so well that you couldn't even tell that anyone had been there. Their prices are beyond fair, and the quality of their work is fantastic. Until now, I have never seen a crew so meticulous and clean in all my years as a home owner. My yard has NEVER looked so good! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of any kind of tree service. They are not only incredible at what they do, they are incredible human beings. Cypress is an outstanding service. After describing my project, I received a response in a short time. Jay, the owner, dropped by my property while I was out and left a detailed written estimate in my mailbox. After comparing prices, he was a middle offer. After getting a few other prices, I liked the fact that with Cypress, I got a written price for the job including tax! I called his office and got a live person who answered the phone. My quote came on a Friday, I called on Saturday and the receptionist set up an appointment for the afternoon of that Monday! The crew of 4 came with brand new equipment and on time. It was my great pleasure to secure help from Cypress. They were able to accommodate me in their schedule when I had an Ash tree that had become dangerous and needed to come down. They arrived when they said that they would, and took down a 40 foot tree along a busy road, and cleaned up very nicely. I would recommend Jay and the crew to anyone, for their excellent work and follow through. Based on this I also asked them to plow my long driveway for the winter. To begin with, I got a return call the same day I called Cypress, which is almost unheard of these days. Everyone was so pleasant and professional, every step of the way. The men who came had my giant tree down in no time. They cut up that huge tree, along with two trees that had come down in a storm, into smaller fireplace-sized pieces. Cypress Tree Service removed a 100 foot oak tree that was 30 feet from our home. They were well prepared and focused, and at the same time friendly and patient, thus eliminating our concerns. Cypress took extra care to protect a close by maple tree. Our yard was completely cleared of all debris upon completion. read more
