One of the workers, Josiah, removed a firearm directly from my friends pocket with no reason at random. Josiah was not the worker helping me out at this time, which makes this even more frustrating. This was so uncalled for, and very illegal. We asked multiple times if it was okay that one of our weapons DID not have a holster, we were shopping for one at this time. Josiah thought it would be a good idea to remove the weapon from my friends pocket. This is not right, this can be considered assault as he DID NOT have permission nor reason to do this. An establishment like this should not have people like this employed, he should NOT be able to work at a place such as this with such a poor demeanor as well as lack of knowledge or common sense. Josiah was eating behind the counter, and tried to get aggressive when we asked for his name, and stood up in attempt to intimidate us. Not the first time I have to deal with Josiah and his unprofessional attitude. Note to management: stop hiring incompetent people who DO NOT want to work. I felt the money was well spent and the course provided answers to all of the questions we had and then more. The course started off with a class room style education on gun safety/gun operation and moved to live firearm training at the local shooting range which our instructor is also part of the staff there. Her experience and also being extremely familiar with all of the rules at the shooting range helped us feel less intimated and we will be more confident when we go by ourselves in the future. Overall I highly recommend going here if you're just getting started with firearms or need some additional training.
