Disappointing Experience at Dunkin' Donuts…read more I had a very upsetting experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location today. After placing my order and receiving it, I politely asked, "Could I possibly have some ketchup?" One employee silently pointed behind me, and I quickly realized the ketchup was in plain sight. I laughed it off, saying, "Oh duh, thank you so much!" What truly upset me was what happened next. I overheard an employee (or perhaps a manager) with bright red dyed hair say, in a loud and condescending tone, "Look around, use your eyes." It was unnecessary and incredibly rude. I felt ashamed and embarrassed, all because I made a harmless mistake by not noticing the ketchup station right away. It's the start of a new year, and while I understand that everyone can have a bad day, there's no excuse for taking it out on customers. I was just trying to get breakfast and left feeling humiliated because of someone's negativity. I hope management addresses this issue, as kindness and basic respect go a long way. No one deserves to feel shamed over something so small.

Some of the parking places were the actual gas pumps or former gas pumps. The inside is fine with an assortment of board games, tables, booths and a bar. The beer is really good. I asked for a flight, but they don't have flight boards. You can get as many 5 oz pours as you want in pint glasses. The only issue here is carrying 6-pint glasses to your booth. No biggie. I was a big fan of their Horchata Porter, Turbid Waters (hazy IPA) and the Dunkelweissen. Pretty tasty. There is no food onsite but there was a Marco's pizza in the strip mall, some shady looking food truck around the corner, and a Latin restaurant next door. If I was just judging on the beer, 4 stars. I've gotten Mimi's Favorite (don't quote me on the name of this drink) twice and I really do like it. It's essentially a brown sugar cinnamon latte with cinnamon cold foam. If you like those flavors in your iced latte drinks then I'd definitely recommend you try this one! They've got a cute little kids menu which isn't always a thing at coffee shops for obvious reasons but I am very grateful for it because I do bring children with me sometimes. I ordered the Cocoa freeze (it has no coffee in it) this time around and the child really loved it.
