Disappointing Experience at Dunkin' Donuts I had a very upsetting experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location today. After placing my order and receiving it, I politely asked, "Could I possibly have some ketchup?" One employee silently pointed behind me, and I quickly realized the ketchup was in plain sight. I laughed it off, saying, "Oh duh, thank you so much!" What truly upset me was what happened next. I overheard an employee (or perhaps a manager) with bright red dyed hair say, in a loud and condescending tone, "Look around, use your eyes." It was unnecessary and incredibly rude. I felt ashamed and embarrassed, all because I made a harmless mistake by not noticing the ketchup station right away. It's the start of a new year, and while I understand that everyone can have a bad day, there's no excuse for taking it out on customers. I was just trying to get breakfast and left feeling humiliated because of someone's negativity. I hope management addresses this issue, as kindness and basic respect go a long way. No one deserves to feel shamed over something so small. read more

WORST experience at a Dunkin. Young, stuck-up girls are very rude here. One (Jalissa maybe?) had a terrible attitude with my husband because he requested a refill in his Dunkin cup. i go to dunkin almost every morning around 5:30 and even if i forget to order ahead they ALWAYS are as quick as possible to get me my order and they're only dunkin' donuts that gets my order right every single time. The employees are helpful while trying to save money as of using cupons on the app or paper if confused they always know the answer and keep their actions very professional when dealing with people who don't pick up as fast. every employee needs a reward in that place asap it's just outstanding service. thank you dunkin read more

Went to get a coffee. 10 minutes later finally got it. I actually hated disturbing the busy staff on their phones. When you have no customers in the store what else is there to do. Roaches did run across the floor but this place is in a shell station so figure it is a normal thing for a Florida business to have them. Anyway guess it time to hit my Starbucks. read more

I have tried this location many times. I have been there when there was a line waiting and the girls were in the outside smoking and talking. I have witnessed an argument between co- workers over who worked harder and whose turn it was to do the dishes. Cursing was involved, in front of a line of people. I have experienced rudeness and have seen their impatience with their customers. Whenever I order a frozen drink, it is never really frozen at all. And today, I ordered a large frozen coffee and received it filled below 2 inches from the top. If I'm paying almost 6 dollars for a drink, I would like it full please. And again, it wasn't frozen. It was soupy liquid. I have given chance after chance, and I'm done. Tried many Duncan's in the area, and this one doesn't even come close to being on the others levels. read more

Could be cleaner but I've never had a bad experience here both in the store waiting on line and at the drive through. I love this chain and have been going to Dunkin Donuts for years. One complaint is not about this location but more of a complaint to corporate would be to bring back the cocopuff donut. It was a limited time only product that was delicious but hasn't been on the menu since. Please bring it back, no other donut tastes like it! read more

This place is always super busy, yet the service is fast and on point and they never get an order wrong. The staff is truly grace under fire and has a great attitude. Just like any other Dunkin, drive through Workers act like they hate their job you just get a go ahead when they want you to order and they act like they are annoyed with any questions you ask. This place sucks . Waited forever for two iced coffee . Before I had gotten there I separately mobile ordered munkins but the one cashier was too busy flirting with a customer ordering that was ordering 8 drinks and the other blonde girl was mopping the floor giving dirty looks as the line was forming with people and then proceeded to complain how tired she was instead . Then both proceeded to take there time helping the one customer making her 8 drinks instead of helping someone else. Then finally when it was time to make mine she did and set them to the side to finish the other persons orders as she continues to flirt . Finally get my drinks and no munkins in sight but as I walk to the other side of the counter to get them she rushes to throw some in a box and doesn't even give me the ones I wanted and doesn't even tell me she doesn't have the right ones I ordered . Managers need to look into this locations and need to retrain staff and tell them to put some pep in there step as the have a line forming instead of complaining how tired they are and they need to keep track of the Mobile ordering what's the point of ordering ahead and still waiting for your stuff when you get there . read more

Love this Dunkin. The morning crew is solid and know their regulars. In and out quickly for the most part. Slows down when someone goes in and acts like they don't know what they want. lol but Erica, Sun and Marcelo are awesome! Definitely my favorite Dunkin in spring hill. My coffee is always perfect and since I go there at least twice a day, the morning staff and evening staff know my order by heart and are super friendly. It's always nice to have that one place where you know your order will be right, and you're in and out quickly. The only thing is I wish they didn't close at 10pm (I work late nights so a late night coffee does this mommy wonders) Definitely recommend this Dunkin Donuts. read more

Out of all the dunkins in hernando county this one is my favorite. They make it the best here. They don't put too much milk or creamer I hate that I want coffee to taste like coffee. All the workers are nice and it can get a little packed in the mornings but they are pretty quick. read more
