I would suggest looking elsewhere than South Tabor for your provider. I originally came to South Tabor in the late 2010's and saw Dr Haung. Which was a very bad experience and she basically told me I was exaggerating a debilitating issue I was having and wrote me off. I won't go in to those details cause I don't think she works at South Tabor any more. In 2021, a couple years and a lot of urgent care visits later, in a lot of pain from the same issue and frustrated with my insurance, I booked another appointment at South Tabor because at the time they were able to et me in much quicker than anywhere that my insurance covered and they set me up with Doctor Spear. Dr Spear actually believed me and set me up with a specialist who knew exactly what was wrong with me and got me on the path to recovery after 4 terrible years. I'm forever grateful to doctor Spear for this. Fast forward to 2023. I went in for another issue that was effecting my life heavily(and still does) and Dr. Spear said she would refer me to a specialist to see if there was anything that could be done about it. Unfortunately I never got a call, text or email about the referral and was never able to see a specialist. And I gave up hope of this issue ever being solved. This was very disappointing and I avoided going to the doctor again for a few years after this. Then at the begging of this year, 2026, I decided that there were 3 things I had been putting off for too long(Not including the thing I never saw the specialist for) and booked an appointment at South Tabor with Dr Spear. After I booked the appoint South Tabor called me and told me that Dr. Spear couldn't do a vasectomy consult(which I understand) so they had to change my one appointment to two appointments with 2 different doctors. One with Dr. Spear for the non-vascectomy stuff on Feb 11th and one with Dr. Pacheco for the Vasctomy consult on Feb 23rd. So I went to my Feb 11th appointment and it started off fine. But halfway through the appointment Dr. Spear walked out and didn't return. Then a nurse came in and said "okay you're good to go" I was confused and asked why I wasn't able to finish my appointment and that I booked the appointment specifically for something that the doctor hadn't addressed yet, the nurse said "Well I guess you'll just have to book another appointment. I was pretty upset because I went from paying for one appointment to now paying for 3 appointments and dealing with the hassle of taking time of work THREE TIMES to deal with what should have honestly just been one doctors appointment. But the insanity does end there. I went to make my third appointment at the front desk and told them what happened. I told them I was upset and they asked if I wanted to talk to the clinic manager about it. I agreed and he came out to the lobby after a bit and I told him what happened and he didn't really say anything other than he would get back to me and to wait for his call. A couple days later someone from South Tabor named Denise left me a message apologizing for what happened and said, and I quote, "If you call me on my direct line I will get you set up with a new appointment and waive the co-pay fee." I still have the proof in my voicemail box. I THOUGHT this was a step in the right direction. I attempted to call her back 4 times over a week and a half and left her 3 voicemails with with no response. So I thought, I'm going back in on Feb 23rd for my vasectomy consult, so hopefully Denise will at least talk to me in person. Now today, on Feb 23rd, I went in for my vasectomy consult with Dr. Pacheco, which I initially THOUGHT went fine. It was quick and he told me the appointment was done and that I could schedule the actual procedure on my way out. The out patient scheduler was gone so I went to the front and waited to schedule my procedure. While I had the woman at the front desk, I asked if I could talk to Denise, since she wasn't able to return my calls and I really wanted to deal with this issue that I initially went to Dr. Spear for on Feb 11th, which was never addressed. The front desk woman said she would try to figure out what was going on but was going to help the people behind me in line first. After about 10+ minutes of waiting, only because I was trying to schedule this thing that THEY had messed up and wouldn't return my calls about, Dr Pacheco comes out and says something like "Oh I'm glad you're still here! I forgot to give you the physical exam that you'll need in order to get the vasectomy." So if I hadn't been dealing with this other South Tabor problem, I would have already been back at work and probably would have had to reschedule for an additional vasectomy consult as well. Which is ridiculous. So I go back in to the back and Pacheco gives me the physical exam

I did not find Dr. Crover to be particularly friendly nor did she seem to listen to what i…read morementioned... I told her I had a thyroid disorder and had not seen an endocrinologist in quite some time. She did not add any thyroid test to my labs, I had to go back to get that prescription.. I also called asking for her to place an urgent request as there was a 6 month wait for supplies for a sleep machine and she refused. So glad i am no longer a patient of hers!

This is a business not a doctors office. They don't listen, think they know better, prescribe over…read morethe counter medications and claim to offer primary care physician services. Avoid them at all costs. The facilities are nice, I'm sure they maintain it by continually requiring unnecessary repeat appointments when your needs are clear, obvious, noted and reasonable. The doctor literally laughed at me and interrupted me when I expressed my concern after he explained he'd be prescribing naproxen sodium (brand name would be like Aleve) as if his 500 mg pill would give relief beyond what I could normally get without a prescription.... I've now gone on two sleepless excruciating nights with nothing to relieve my temporary illness and been forced to leave work early as my symptoms have only worsened with the lack of sleep from debilitating sinus pressure. When I went back the next day the front office woman had advised me to waste my money by setting another appointment with the other doctor... Heartless, uncaring and useless. Just google your symptoms and spend less money over all rather than see these "doctors". In any other country in the world I could just walk into a pharmacy and buy what I needed by passing these people who are nothing more than money grubbing middle men
