We had a broken sewer line that was causing all sorts of problems, and when we called in a panic on Friday afternoon Lloyd was there within an hour. He fixed the problem temporarily (so we could use our toilets) and come back within a couple days to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate. Suffice to say the problem was massive, but Lloyd offered us a very reasonable price. Furthermore, he and his crew showed up in the morning and had dug up, replaced, and filled over the new pipe by lunch time. Extraordinary! Very friendly, very reasonable, very efficient.
