Gotta say, not a whole lot of seating, but you get creative. There's a fast food line which seems specially accommodating for skaters. The pizza on Friday night was surprisingly good! The location: Easy enough to find if you're looking for it. But also easy to miss. There's plenty of parking, but make sure you're looking for the sign. Tips: Friday night they have a deal where it's $16 for skates, rink time, and unlimited pizza and pop. The most excellent brand new treadmills are spaced out as well. Many different types of folks have found the place an area to train, the handful who compete in the events usually do well when they do. The younger child doing mitt work with coach Donnie is my other nephew Trentons little brother Morgan. Our goal was to find the waterfall, but like many first-time visitors, we ended up taking a wrong turn and wandered a little longer than expected. Honestly, it turned into part of the adventure. As we explored, we spotted deer quietly moving, squirrels darting between the trees, and plenty of birds and caterpillars along the way. We discovered quiet trails, beautiful overlooks, and peaceful stretches of the river that we might have missed if we'd gone straight to our destination. The sound of the water, the surrounding rock formations, and the forest scenery made it one of those places where you naturally want to stop and take it all in. If you're visiting Banning State Park for the first time, don't stress if you get a little turned around. Give yourself extra time, wear comfortable shoes, and enjoy the journey.

I was too busy throwing it away to take a picture if you wanted to check the serial number for ownership. If you are an adult who loves Frisbee golf come visit. The course is lovely. Cute bridge. There is a lot of water access and picnic areas. Trash receptacles conscientiously located. Nice sledding hill, weather permitting. This day was 5 stars but that needle sucked out my joy at having to explain why and how needles are dangerous to my kis upon leaving.
