We sat all the way in the back on the "inside" of the most outside section. Great seats and view was excellent. I was also very impressed with how clean everything was. We saw Jason Mraz and he did not disappoint. I truly want to find another concert so I can return again soon. I cannot comment on parking as I think we lucked out getting there not much before show start and got last row parking. We left as they started the encore so had zero issue getting out. I would imagine, however, if 4000 people leave at once it could be a bit of a mess. I would encourage anyone who sees a show they might enjoy to check it out. For us, I want to bring a larger group and sit up on the "deck" area in the back. That looks like a great place to enjoy a show.

The snacks here are expensive, but the popcorn is worth it and the larges allow a refill that we usually took home as one huge thing of popcorn is more than enough to get a person or two maybe even three through a 90 minute movie. The St Cloud area was, and still is one of the Country's largest suppliers of granite. When you love things such as old cobblestone streets, and old stone buildings as much as I do, sometimes you begin to wonder about what different types of stone were quarried and used the most in your area. While St Cloud is by no means a small city, the museum, as well as where the former and present day quarries are is off the path a bit. I was blown away by the exibits at this museum, I'd been expecting just a small museum with small displays. Instead the exibits were huge, and they have a 2 story tall interactive exibit on the quarry's. There was alot of other Central Minnesota history covered with big exibits as well. If you're out in this area and are intersted in Minnesota History, or are a fan of old tyme construction materials I'm sure you'll find this to be a great museum. I think this would be a fun museum for kids as well.

Unfortunately, for those of us who live in the area, the exhibits seldom change. As a result, if you were to go here repeatedly, you'd end up seeing the same thing. Having said that, there are things to recommend. The park surrounding the museum has nice walking paths that are great for a summer afternoon walk. Inside, you'll find a fairly elaborate exhibit of granite quarrying (common to Granite City). You'll also find a nature exhibit that features the flora and fauna common to Central Minnesota. Our children enjoy this section of the museum. There are other exhibits as well, but I'd like to keep some of it a surprise for you to find when you visit. In addition, one of the gold mines at the museum for locals is the library which has extensive materials and resources for doing family research, especially if your family has ties to Central Minnesota. You could spend hours here researching and learning about family members from the area.

I've read an entire book front to back with tons of different ways to use beeswax. I've even made an encaustic wax painting with it. They have a lot of other raw ingredients to select from. They also have an ATM on site with a $1 service fee, which is where I often stop to get my cash when I'm in town. Katie (the manager) is super funny and knowledgeable. All of the employees and volunteers are very friendly and willing to help. I've never felt intimidated shopping there. It has a nice, community vibe.

I feel like admission needed to be capped or there needed to be time slot entry offered. All the play stations were packed! And I feel like this put kids into a fight or flight status. Trying to pack this many kids into small areas expecting them to share and take turns is a recipe for disaster. Many, many children of different ages, trying to each get their chance to play was chaotic. My 2 year old was unable to play anywhere on the second floor, the outdoor area and the play kitchen area on the first floor. The whole experience was frustrating. The museum failed a lot of its littlest guests today.
