Then as I was about to drive 2.5 hours to purchase he refused to bring it to customer service. Stated "ma'am it will take two minutes when you get here". Then on my way I have an idea, why me drive 2.5 hours when my sister could pick it up for me, having only 1hour drive. Nope won't let me buy over the phone, can't guarantee that if I buy online she can pick up. How is this customer service? So then I talk with a 3rd rep, who will hold the SUP Board for my sister to come purchase, great!!!! No wait, gets better. They take mine and my sisters info. I reiterate which board a color. My sister drives down and the sales guy actually admits to her that they picked the wrong item off the floor to save and then knowingly sold the board I had called three people about. But hey Dick, thanks for the phone call! Unbelievable! They must not work for ant commissions, no one wants to sell, or at least try to help out the customer. This is my second fail encounter with dicks on a rather large purchase.

He wears a men's medium and found a t-shirt on sale rack for $14.99. I found a hoodie on sale also. They had lots of other college items including luggage tags, stickers, pennants, etc. I also found a regular price NDSU t shirt for $20 and some NDSU stickers. There are other colleges there too such as UMD Duluth, Michigan, U of MN and St Cloud State. At check out the tagged t shirt rung up at $22, it was marked $20 and was immediately fixed. Scheels employees usually always say Hi upon entering the store. I wish Scheels would expand more in the Minneapolis St Paul Metro. Eden Prairie seems to far to drive. They also sell my favorite Feetures socks.
