Sept: after three weeks .i received a call/voice message said I can pick up my glasses. My girlfriend was nearby so I told her to pick up for me. She Went there and the lady said no glasses. Next 2 week me and my girlfriend was near Chinatown. We both went up to the doctor and still didn't have my glasses. I know it was my fault not to call first but come on after 2 week. Total time of 2 months lol. Finally Next few day they call led me and left message . Of course I'm call and confirm ask them stupid question if the glasses are physical holding in their hand. Otherwise I would not go there. Took me 2 months and 3 visit to get my glasses lol . I know maybe this was an odd day.

The agreement that you have with your booking company (ZocDoc) says that all appointments available on the on-line system are available (they called me to explain this). I have various (minor) issues that NO other Doctor ever identified, and have a family history of several serious eye issues (separated retina & more). Every member of the practice has always treated me with courtesy and professionalism. From the Co-Op students learning from this storied practice, to the front desk personnel, Docs and everyone in-between. One old OD was too busy taking selfies with his patient(?), another younger one at one point just shrugged to my question and goes "I dunno". I'm not one to complain about demeanor, but I really mean it when I say this place has left me dumbfounded. When they're not trying to manipulate you into getting a $1000 pair of lenses, they're totally unaware to your even being there. This was just so awful and has left me with such a headache. Dr. Wu has an excellent reputation and I can now see why (no pun intended) as she was always professional yet still able to have some small talk and and humor me after I coming out of the procedure (while nothing heavy, the medications are a little inebriating). My eyesight is now a crystal clear 20/20 and I can read a book without glasses, go camping and not worry about bringing saline, open my eyes underwater, and most of all be accepted into the US Air Force. Want something truly unique beyond the wonderful items Lunette already carries? Look through their Trunk Show list. I met the designer behind ic! berlin and onono frames. He personally picked out frames that I later purchased. I now have two frames, several lenses, and a frame repair from Lunette Optic. I enthusiastically admire the work done for these, each for its own purpose - progressive, computer and sunglasses. Dare I speak of progressive lenses in the positive?! I mean, we have to wear them but we hate them, right? I am not suggesting the Lunette staff is magicians but these are the best made progressive lenses I have had yet. I am going to recommend Lunette, and especially this team of people, even through mistakes. The handling and resolution of mistakes is the true test of a good business. We had a miss on polarized or no for the sunglass lenses, an easy miss: yes / no. The correction was made without question, without issue, and with ease and grace. The sunglasses are beautiful, unique, and above all comfortable. They are easy to switch into, so I am more likely to wear them. These are the lightest frames and lenses I have owned in 38 years of wearing glasses. Lastly, I am very fussy about the fit of my frames, in particular the straightness on my face. I have always taken frames back to fit and fit again. Of five frames I had set and adjusted, not one have I had to take back to adjust again.
