The convenience of a heating system, refrigerator, freezer and roomy shower was as nice as any hotel or lodge. First off, if you've never rented an RV, I highly recommend you try it for a vacation. Yes, they can eat gas, but if you plan your trip, and move along from place to place, this is the way to go ! Compared to larger Rv rental companies, the prices were affordable. Our experience going to Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons and the Snake River will be forever memorable.

We were on the road for 2 months and broke down in our RV outside Nampa, Idaho. We called five RV repair centers, and they were all booked a week out including Rent for Fun RV. Shelby told us to get the RV towed in and he would take a quick look to see if he could determine our problem. He offered us a car while they checked on the motorhome so we could get something to eat. Upon returning Shelby located the problem, repaired the problem and we went on our way. There is a gas station that sells propane and has a black water dump a few blocks away. There is also an enterprise car rental down the road which works great for us as we rent a car for a day before we get the RV and we can drop it off really close by. Firstly we are absolutely thrilled with the Brinkley, quality, finish and engineering detail is really outstanding, We've had a few travel trailers before buying this 5th wheel and really cant comment enough about the quality of this RV. As per my previous review we were very happy with the entire sales process. Unfortunately we needed the assistance of Bretz and Brinkley to help resolve a painful issue we had with registering the RV out of state. A tedious and time consuming matter. The support I received from both Bretz and Brinkley was fantastic. A really big thank you to Ridge, Jessica and Kaylen for their assistance with this matter. Seriously your assistance was greatly appreciated. It's really great to know that after the check has been cashed and the RV leaves the lot that there is ongoing solid support. Once again thank you so much, I'm not sure how long it will be but one day when we are ready to upgrade our Brinkley, Bretz will be our first call.

Guess what? While sitting on the Bretz lot since last October, our palace on wheels got side swiped by another trailer. What to do? To begin with this palace on wheels is marginal at best. Randy helped me find…read moresomething in my price range on a used toy hauler and finance got me into a monthly payment that I was aiming for. Nate walked me through the hauler on day of pick up and fixed any item that needed repair (radio). Found out that the black water hose was missing the male end cap so that was no good, and I had to purchase a new one (Walmart). Buying used is a true as-is experience. You're taking on an older RV (2018) and I'm sure there will be issues that arise. Nate was helpful in sharing his personal RV experiences and add-ons that he recommended which helped a lot! I'm thankful for his advice and excellent service! Bishs does have a 24-7 help line to FaceTime you for self-help repairs. I'll definitely try that out. I went in there knowing what I wanted and was on a time crunch. Randy respected that, and got me what I asked for and it all worked out. I thought the store itself was modern and clean and all the staff were extremely nice and friendly. My experience was really great and I'm excited to use this for upcoming elk hunt season to stay warm and dry. I'll happily update my review if things go south, but fortunately for me, I had a great experience from sales and service. Happy camping, y'all!

Service department sucked. I know the Exact issue with my motorcycle, showed them the Exact two…read moreparts I need. And asked if they had any sources to see which specific part I needed of the two. All the guy keep answering was "you'll need to bring it in so we can diagnose the real issue" I told him I already know the issue and I know it's one of the two parts I showed him. And he just gave me the same answer, he didn't offer any help with price or availability of the parts. I knew what to expect of a dealership but I guess I was hoping they would beat the bad reputation, instead they just lived up to it. Probably not all the employees, but the service employee I worked with was pretty useless. Maybe he was just having a bad day but it doesn't mean that's my problem.
