Cute store, actual samples to choose from. Highly organized. Friendly. Moderate prices. Delivered everything they said they would do. Answered the phone! Answered every email. Outstanding in every single way. I would never go anywhere else and I can say more professional than any other printer I visited in person. They even put my small order in this tidy box. Though it's a small shop, visibility to the customer area in the front isn't great, so sometimes when they're busy they don't see you right away and you have to speak up. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing. Automatic notifications go out when your order is ready for pickup. Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.

The seamstress here does a horrific job. She is either highly inexperienced/unskilled or does not…read morecare about the quality of her work. I brought in three tank bras and a brand new silk dress to have the straps shortened. She completely butchered my silk dress (which was not cheap). It's asymmetrical now, with a crooked hem, and lies funny (there's a hump on my upper back). She cut the straps (but not in a symmetrical way) and simply brought the back up higher, so the crooked hem lies awkwardly high on my neck). You can see that she sewed the hem a couple of times and had to take stitching out and redo it, so there are holes in random places in the areas she was working on. Yes, the fabric is probably really difficult to sew, but she could have told me she was not able to do it. Instead she did a botch job, and it's unwearable. As for the bras, she simply sewed a hem across and left the bulky remains, so they are unwearable. When I picked up the items, she said it was too thick to sew down. She did try to sew down the bulk on one but didn't even try for the others. All of them are unwearable, though, because the bulk should have been cut off (would have taken two minutes to do it that way). An inexperienced seamstress would have known how to solve this problem. She must get lots of complaints because she makes you pay for her services up front. I just walked out the door and didn't check her work until I got home, so I had no chance to ask her to fix it. Of course, I'm never going back. Don't bring anything here that you care about. It's not worth it, she'll only make the clothing even more unwearable. She probably expects you to complain and won't do a good job until you ask her to. Don't waste your time.

But no matter, I went ahead & re-order it and I ordered more of the same, just different colors. She didn't even charge me for the 'wrong item'. I'd say, they have the best CS, and shipment is fast! I seldom order online, because I've been burned before, by using Paypal. I used my CC now!

The print quality was great it took only a few hrs and their costumer service was genuine. I called ahead asking their capabilities, the young lady on the phone was polite and knowledgeable and asked me to e-mail my files ahead of time. When i got there she had all of my files ready to be viewed and all we had to do was pick out a font for some lettering(she made the easy as well). For my needs they were well within my last minute budget and even willing to work with me on prices.
