On Christmas Eve, even though very busy, Stitchworks took my call. They asked me to take a picture of what I wanted. Later getting back to me saying to come over. Within an hour the job was complete! They have now made me feel like the best grandma ever. Every color and font you could possibly want. They will help you decide as they know what works best. They sell hats you can customise too. Great business. Cost $28 which was very fair. You can shop while you wait or skate. They are situated at the center court looking on to the ice rink on the first floor. I came in the entrance on NE Halsey by the now empty Marshalls. I highly recommend this business!

The major concern I have it they have no drop box for early or late packages. There have been many packages I have had sent here that say delivered but the store did not have. I finally came to watch one of my packages get delivered last night, and watched how it sat over night outside of the store and this morning it is luckily still here. I wonder how many other's packages have been taken because of this neglect by the store. I would not recommend this store if you order from Amazon as their diligent hours are different than this store.
