We discussed what my security concerns and goals were, Jason took his time and did a thorough walk through explaining potential security vulnerabilities that I overlooked, more importantly advised me on the lack of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in my home. He also pointed out that my existing security system is hooked up to the telephone line which in the event of a burglary can be cut. New technology runs on cellular networks. I never knew home security was can be so in depth. Jason opened my eyes to all these potential threats. Out of all the security companies that showed up for estimates, Jason was the only one who came with a demo. It was great to be able to see and touch the products before I made a purchase. After careful consideration, I decided that Jtech was a good fit for my family and home. I upgraded my existing system for a new smart home security system. The main panel is touch screen and visually intuitive. The best part is that I can totally control it from my Iphone or computer, not only does it control my alarm but it is also connected my cameras, lighting, thermostats, garage doors and front/back door locks in my home . If I forget to turn the thermostat down before I leave the house, it automatically goes down to a set temperature when I arm the system away. Making my home more energy efficient.
