Super professional and knowledgeable in all low voltage electrical like smart home connections and syncing everything up with Alexa, making my home wifi super fast! I am so happy I came across Wire Ninjas on Yelp. José just seems like a cool human. We did a lot in my new construction home. Connected and mounted a bunch of new tvs included a Samsung Frame above my fireplace. It's an involved process. Definitely leave it to the professionals. Sped up my wifi, no longer needing the crappy Verizon equipment. Set up exterior Ring flood light cameras, helped me set up my Ring doorbell and Smart lock. Now we are working on putting dimmers almost everywhere with smart switches that connect with Alexa. Total game changer! Excellent service and professionalism. I felt comfortable and trusted them to do their thing while I ran some errands and picked up my kids from school. Call Wire Ninjas! Upgrade your home. It's a worthy investment you won't regret. Very fair pricing.

We recently had Elias and his company install a sound system in our family room, kitchen, dining…read moreroom and outdoor patio areas. In addition he installed and recommended what TV we should purchase. The design of the system as well as his recommendations was invaluable, especially for those of us who have little experience in these areas. The installation was done neatly and he came everyday until it was finished. They were neat, polite and called to let us know he was coming each morning. His price was reasonable and the service after the job was the best one could ask for. We had a power surge which destroyed some equipment and he worked hard to make sure the manufacturer replaced it. We would not use anyone else and have referred him to others who are equally satisfied.

They contacted us urgently looking for six NetGear access points because they were unable to obtain them through their normal channels. We located and reserved the units for them. They requested a price below our cost, which we declined, and they placed an order for two units. Due to a fulfillment error, we mistakenly shipped six units instead of two. When we discovered the mistake, we immediately requested the return of the four additional units and offered to cover the return shipping. Hudson Home Media refused to return the units and refused to pay for them, stating that they considered them "unsolicited merchandise" rather than a shipment error. They also stated they would not pay because they believed we should have sold the original units at a lower price. Based on our experience, Hudson Valley Home Media can't be trusted.

We took several months to decide our project, budgets and configurations. We went back and forth for several iterations. During all this time, John was extremely accommodating and engaging with us and building out several revisions of configuration to exactly meet our needs. He understood our quality and aesthetic needs and helped pick the setup that would work for us. He was also very transparent on where we could cut costs and where we could get value in spending. It's been a year and our home is a standard fix for all movie and sporting event parties with friends. We were keen on having our basement setup as a multi purpose area and not just a theater and DTV did a phenomenal job in achieving that goal ! We didn't want any wires, external free standing speakers or fixed screen that our young kids could mess up. That's what we exactly got. The team was also extremely friendly and very diligent. They cleaned up everyday after themselves and did a great job. We had a lot of cutting through ceiling etc and they fixed it all back to new. They were also flexible in working with our busy work schedules to find the right days to get the job done. In all, I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the service that DTV team provided.
