It was fresh, cooked perfectly and oh so tasty. Yum. Perhaps the management used past reviews to improve things here, and judging by our meals they definitely have. However, our table was placed literally 5cm from the next table - I felt sorry for the couple eating next to us!! It was really awkward sitting so close to complete strangers all the time trying to enjoy a nice intimate dinner.. In terms of spacing and atmosphere I would give it about a 3-4/10. It felt very squishy and due to the actual size of the restaurant I wouldn't Reccommended this place for any groups over 2! The food was average.. Wait time for service/delivery of food was pretty good. The staff in terms of customer service was average too. Hopefully these guys improve with time and experience! It'll be nice to have an epic Thai Restaurant locally as opposed to driving up to Rouse Hill. :)

There were six of us so we decided to go banquet, now usually I am not a fan of sharing food at all but after that night I have definitely change my mind. The food at this place was phenomenal I have never tried Thai foodthis fantastic before. It was so fresh creamy and the amount of different flavours that were in the dishes was just amazing. We ordered one of the banquets and asked if we couldremove the tofu dish and Add A meat dish instead. The waitress hesitated and went and asked the kitchen and said for one dollar each extra we could change it, come on how many times have youwanted to do that! We had salt-and-pepper squid, chilli chicken , massman beef and a couple more curries and each and everyone of the dishes were fantastic. The service was also very very good the waitresses were very polite and very friendly towards us and just made the evening that much better. For the food that we got I would pay Easly another $20-$30more. I can't wait to go back to this place!!

The Beef massaman is the best I have ever had. Pad Prik, Rice noodle, argh, nearly every dish is superb but it doesn't stop there. Such curteous, generous staff. They refill your water, always see when your done or if you need more rice (which you could help yourself but they will smile/take over if you do, which I find top quality service). The venue is so tranquil, with its beautiful canary yellow over shade and blossom tree's, no wonder its the locals favourite in Pennant Hills, because the manager there listens to feedback, and follow through. I just wish this place could win awards, because it really is an amazing place. It's been here longer than other thai places, and despite competition they are still there unlike most restaraunts in that area who come and go. Its cheaper, its more quantity for quality and the type of place where they always exceed your expectations, even when you keep coming back. Go there for a first date, a birthday (they dim the lights and stars appear on the roof, sing, just wow). Can't stop raving, just go and you'll see how good this place really is, Was the only place I ate at when I lived in the Hills, but will always visit and make the drive up.

It's possible to dine-in at Noot thai, but it should be judged primarily as a take away restaurant and for that, consistency is the most important factor, which earns Noot Thai top rating in my book.

The menu is enticing and offers a good variety of options for varying palates. Having noticed that the servings were quite large, we opted to select a few dishes and share them amongst the two of us. We selected the Thai Green Curry, Fried Rice with Prawns, Pad Thai with Chicken and Sugar Cane Prawns with Dipping sauce. The food arrived promptly and were very generous servings. My favourite was the pad Thai for sure, the flavours were balanced and inviting, I personally love that the veggies weren't all one texture or cooked The same. The crunch was a great point of difference. The green curry was spicy for a milk but I didn't mind, perhaps too spicy for someone who doesn't like heat. The rice was delicious and my next favourite. The only criticism I have is that there weren't enough prawns in it, but I love them. Also that there were a lot of ingredients aside from rice which made this a poor choice to accompany the curry. The sugar cane prawns were a little boring if I'm being honest and I felt the sugar cane didn't add anything to the dish, probably not something I would order again. Overall the experience was a good one. Pricing was decent and portions were generous. I'll be back.
