Not sure if they have bathrooms; sorry I can not remember and I did not take a picture. Service - Full service. They actually cook the food for you at your table. Both the owner and waiter cooked for us. I really appreciated that. But I am also sure they do that to turn the tables faster, good business practice. Win/win. Here at Hong Sing, we had some really fluffy scrambled eggs with onions, cauliflower, egg drop soup, stir-fry of snow peas, bell peppers, and chicken, and a sizzling plate of beef.
