Dr. Dental - They took this tooth out and didn't give me any pain relief except Motrin.

The front office waiting area was filthy, the floor covered in dirt, the chairs were dirty, and the walls had holes and cracked paint. I went into the exam area (no cleaner than the waiting area) and met with Dr. Jindal. We talked about the procedure, he never examined me, then he told me my insurance would not cover the procedure (which it did) and I would have to pay him $700 in cash for his services. Taken aback by his deceitful conduct, I opted for another professional to help me. HERE'S THE KICKER...I went to another dentist, and my insurance denied coverage for my teeth to be restored. I called my insurance company, and they told me that Dr. Jindal already performed the restorative procedure and filed a claim for payment. I was LIVID! Watch out for Dr. Jindal. He will scam you!

Practice as a whole: this place is very responsive to calls and emails. I have had some issues…read morereceiving their automated texts for appointment reminders, but appreciate getting them when it works. The office is extremely clean and the staff is very professional. I have had 4 out of 6 treatments so far and have had a good experience each time. The rest of my review is about laser hair removal. Laser hair removal: I bought a Groupon for 6 sessions of removal on an extra large section (full legs). I was a little nervous about getting a laser treatment from someone who wasn't a doctor and who I found on Groupon, but i went for it and I'm glad I did. I originally went for a consult in July and the person I met with told me to come back in late Sept or early Oct, because you have to protect your skin from the sun during treatment and that is hard during the summer. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that the woman actually knew what she was doing. I came back in October and the woman I had initially seen had moved on so I saw Jen (I think). She was super professional and even after just 1 session my hair was almost totally gone. I did three sessions with her and each time I noticed less and less hair. Jen has now moved on to a new place, and this last session I saw Emily (I think that was her name). I was worried about seeing a new person but she was so methodical and professional and super quick. She just like zap zap zap and she was totally done. So despite the turnover, AP Dental and Laser seems to be recruiting very quality employees and I would recommend them to anyone. I can't say that all Groupon places are legit, but this one definitely is. Once I finish my 6 sessions, I will totally come back here if I need touch-ups and am also debating using them for Invisalign because of how professional they all are.

Well, it was easy to get an appointment at least…read more I called because I lost a chunk of tooth (turns out it was a filling that fell out) and I needed it fixed. They got me in the next day!! Just not with the intention of doing anything about my tooth. We did a cleaning. The fastest and least detailed cleaning I've ever had. Also, I told both the assistant and dentist about 2 specific highly sensitive teeth. Both acknowledged the sensitive areas then proceeded to blast those sensitive areas with the rotary polisher and water picks. "I shall do no harm" apparently doesn't apply to dentists. Ignoring specific warnings from patients about painful areas is a bit unethical...also, no one could find anything. All four people who came into my room were running around opening and closing drawers like they lost their car keys. I still don't know if they found what they were looking for. We did X-rays. At the end I find out that Ed aren't fixing my busted tooth, that'll be next week. Today was to establish me as a new patient. Great! Yay! I'm soooo excited for my new dentist.... 5 stars for speed of appointment 1 star fir being attentive to the patient 2 stars for meeting my needs 5 stars for the staff being friendly and courteous 1 star for professional behavior in front of the patient.

Dentist here told me I had multiple cavities, which was odd considering my last dentist hasn't diagnosed me with cavities for YEARS. I wrongfully didn't get a second opinion and ended up having the first few filled that were "more severe" which caused sensitivity to those teeth (didn't even have sensitivity before the fillings). One of the fillings would catch on my floss, I went back for multiple appointments with different dentists in the office and they all said the filling was fine (I suspect they just didn't want to redo it). Lone and behold the filling that they told me was just fine popped out after a MONTH! Do not trust them with your teeth, you'll regret it.

Please read this entire comment: It is extremely important that their unprofessionalism is known…read more My first time visiting Dr. Gilbride's office gave me mixed feelings. His receptionist was very unaccommodating, was late in signing me in and just plain old unfriendly. However, my experience with the actual dental assistant and dentist was very pleasant and I felt welcome. Unfortunately, it ends there. I scheduled my 2nd check up a month in advance. A week prior, I received a phone call while I was driving but said this wasn't a good time and had to hang up immediately because the weather almost got me into an accident. I never heard from them after that and assumed my appointment was still on. When I arrived I waited in my car, parked outside the building until my appointment time and they never opened. I called and told them that I had an appointment scheduled and I was here but no one else was and to call me back. When the receptionist called me back she was only defensive. She told me she had called and left a message saying my appointment was rescheduled. Two things wrong with this. I wouldn't have woken up at dawn to drive out of my way for a dentist appointment, wait in my car for 30 minutes and waste my time, if I received such a call. Secondly, the appointment should have only been canceled, not rescheduled without my permission. This extreme unprofessional by the receptionist will encourage me to make sure that no one I know ever gives them business. I have never been so treated in my entire life.
