Ring bologna had too much moisture (too much pork?) for my liking but flavor was very good. . NOTE - they give great instructions for cooking the ham but I used two internal meat thermometers to monitor internal temps while cooking in the oven at 350. Just remember that these are "guidelines" & you must put some liquid in a roaster pan, insert your temp probes, then seal roaster tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 til IT of 155 degrees. When the ham hit 155 IT, I shut the oven off and just let the ham sit in there, sealed, until it's time to eat. Monitoring your internal temps still of course. Mine ended up reaching 178 degreees IT by the time we ate. The ham is perfectly moist and bursting with great flavor, it wasn't the slightest bit dry.
